Name: Aisuke "Kakeru" Yuuto
Age: 27
Birthday: April 27th
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Category: Citizen
Career: Yakuza Shatei-gashira (turf leader)
Appearance Description: The most prominent feature about Kakeru is his sickly appearance. His skin is dreadfully pale, he's noticeably thin under his layers of clothes and there are bandages covering the majority of his body. Despite that, there's something frighteningly charming about his face and the way he carries himself. From the soft smiles to the confidence-projecting body language, it's impossible to pity him even though he looks like he could die if you blew on him.
Outside of that, nothing about his appearance is particularly outstanding. His unkempt hair is something between a dark brown and black, while his eyes are a pale tone of hazel. This isn't to say he's not a looker, but he's definitely not outstandingly dashing.
In terms of fashion, Aisuke likes to dress himself well. The general color scheme ranges fro beige to dark gray. He mostly wears suits and ties, alongside a trench coat and sometimes even a matching brimmed hat.
Personality Description: Kakeru is a person who constantly radiates charisma, regardless of how dire the situation might be. He knows just what people want to hear and can sway masses with nothing more than a wink. Something about him just makes you want to trust him and be by his side.
At the same time, he might be a bit too charismatic, to the point of bloating up his confidence. He firmly believes he can convince anyone to do his bidding, and that any lady would swoon for him. As a result, he'll flirt with just about anyone, even when it's extremely inappropriate or clearly unwanted.
Deep down, though, most of the sweet words, while not necessarily lies, aren't meant as genuine compliments. He tries to get close to people not because he wants their friendship, but because he's an extremely ambitious, power-hungry fiend who will do anything to climb to the top.
However, that doesn't necessarily mean that Aisuke doesn't value his friendships and those that are truly close to him. He strongly cares for those in his inner circle, and would sacrifice a lot for them. He's sociable, as well, once you get past the slightly cocky attitude.
Aside from that, having grown up with no sense for danger and having an excessive amount of confidence, he can be somewhat reckless. He has nearly zero regard for his safety or health, drinking and smoking as he pleases.
Active Abilities:
Biography: Aisuke grew up in an average middle class Japanese family. His parents and two siblings managed to get by living a fairly simple life, and he went through a mostly uneventful childhood. The only thing that hindered him was the fact he was suffering from sickle cell anemia. This illness made it difficult to get by at times, but his family was very supportive, and they were all simply happy to be together.
When Aisuke reached high school, however, he realized that something was missing in his life. Having been constantly protected by his parents as he grew up, he found that he felt somewhat weak and incapable. They'd fret over him so much, it was almost like they still saw him as a kid. And going through puberty... that feeling didn't bode well with him.
In a sort of "retaliation" to their over-protectiveness, he fell into delinquency. He'd hang out with nasty individuals, including Yakuza, and perform petty crimes just to prove that he wasn't as weak as they saw him. While his parents did argue against his behavior, and try to stop him, they'd always back down out of concern when he'd run away or threaten to harm himself, therefore it never worked.
Even after graduating, and starting his studies in university, Aisuke continued with that behavior. The feeling of doing bad things made him feel powerful, a feeling he'd grown addicted to. It was no surprise when eventually, he sank deeper and deeper into his involvement with crime syndicates.
Before he could even finish his first year in university, Aisuke officially joined a Yakuza family known as the Kaminari-kai: a relatively young but incredibly infamous family that had been gaining a lot of influence over the recent years, even internationally.
As he continued his hunt for more power, he loyally served the Yakuza's oyabun, and began rising through the family's ranks. It only took him a few more years to become one of the most trusted members.
It was when he was promoted to the rank of shatei-gashira that things got... a bit strange.
He was invited over to a promotion ceremony with the other trusted members of the yakuza. There, he was told that if he were to swear fealty to the Kaminari-kai, he would receive power beyond his imagination - something not of this world.
Despite how fishy it sounded, Aisuke agreed without hesitation. Power beyond his imagination? That's what he's been striving for his whole life. Loyalty was a small price to pay for that.
The ritual didn't take long. A hand was placed on his head, what felt like lightning surged through his body, and he soon fell unconscious. When he awoke once more, he felt like something inside him had unlocked: as if there was potential laying dormant in his mortal flesh that was unleashed. It wasn't long after that that he discovered his supernatural abilities.
With his new rank and powers, he went on to do as he promised: loyally serve his "family" as the leader of a small turf. It was throughout this time that he gained the name "Kakeru", a name that has become well-known across Japan's underworld. Once he had proven his capability, he was then entrusted with one of the Kaminari-kai's most difficult territories:
Resources: With the backing of an influential crime syndicate, Kakeru has a vast pool of money at his disposal. The Kaminari-kai's local base of operations on Manta Carlos, Sky Pierce Tower, is also for him to do as he pleases with. And of course, the gangs on Manta Carlos which affiliate with the Kaminari-kai are all under his command.

Active Abilities:
- Regeneration: Kakeru can decide to regenerate any physical damage dealt to him (assuming it wasn't lethal or permanent) at a much faster rate than the average person. The time it takes depends on the amount of damage, however he can speed the process up at the cost of his wounds properly healing. For example, speeding up the regeneration of a large cut will likely leave a nasty scar, or even cause the cut to remain partially unhealed. Regeneration is highly energy consuming, and therefore damage such as massive wounds or broken bones will lead to a state of exhaustion.
- Spatial Rift: Through the use of a magical amulet granted to him by the yakuza, as a reward for his loyalty, Kakeru is capable of transferring non-living objects to a semi-material plane in which he can store up to 50 tons of mass. So long as he has the amulet, he can take things in and out whenever he desires. When activated, a small rift in the air will form that objects can be put through or taken out of.
- Blood Bond: When someone ingests Kakeru's blood, either purposefully or by accident, they are afflicted with Blood Bond. Blood Bond is a condition that causes any damage dealt to Kakeru to be shared with the person who is afflicted with it. This includes physical, magical and, to some extent, even mental damage. This ability cannot be controlled by Kakeru - when his blood is ingested, it activates regardless of whether he wants it to or not. The condition does not last infinitely, however the more blood is ingested, the longer it will last. A drop of blood (around 0.1 milliliters) adds approximately 3 minutes to the bond. The bond has no range, but it cannot cause direct fatality to the target (as in, if Kakeru dies, the target will not instantly die). In addition to damage, some emotions or partial thoughts can also affect the bonded individual.
- Tightening Noose: They say that what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. Tightening Noose is an ability that makes this saying literal. The more Kakeru is wounded, the more powerful his body becomes. Depending on the type of damage he's being affected by, the buff he receives changes. For physical damage, his strength, dexterity, and other physical abilities increase; for magical damage, he is capable of partially mimicking the magical ability that caused the damage; and for mental damage, his senses are heightened, as well as his ability for quick thinking. The ability can go on without a limit, assuming he can withstand the damage. Going off of how much he can currently withstand, the effect would probably increase his abilities to three times his normal abilities if he were to be at the brink of death. The empowered abilities remain until he recovers from his injuries.
- Anyone who accepts an ability from the Kaminari-kai is bound to the head of the syndicate by a supernatural force. As such, Kakeru is incapable of directly going against the will of the Yakuza's oyabun.
- Illusion magic, or any other magic that doesn't directly affect his body, is particularly effective against Aisuke.
