Well this is awkward.

As the water fell on his face, Damien slowly opened an eye. His head hurt... really, really badly. He slowly sat up, leaning against the wall, sighing as he rubbed his forehead. "He deserved that," the young man said, his face actually visible for once as he wrung out a few locks of hair. "Thanks for doing it.... since I can't..."

Brielle laughed to herself at the image of Damien hitting himself over the head with something. "Maybe eating something will help you feel better." She said. She felt really bad that his head hurt, since it was her fault.

Damien nodded; there was no way he would object to that. He slowly got to his feet, rubbing the back of his head. His hair was actually out of his face, which was rather amazing. He would have to fix that later.

"So, um, yeah. Sorry about him..." he said as he walked toward the refreshments table, looking down as he did so. "Couldn't really help it."

Brie shrugged. "It wasn't your fault." She assured him. He couldn't helpt it really. She looked over the food and only took a cup of punch. She wasn't really one for loads of sugar. Unless it was for a special occasion. But she figured that if she was going to see Damien again, she'd have to get used to eating sugar, because it seemed that hyper people would annoy Tristan. She giggled at the thought.

Tristan, amazingly, was still unconscious. Damien smiled softly; it was good to have some silence and peace in his head for a while. "So, erm..." he picked up a cookie and nibbled on it, not really used to eating in front of people. "Um..." Ha, he was just wonderful at coming up with conversation. "Boo?"

Such a lame attempt at being funny... poor kid.

Brielle laughed. "Boo yourself! How old are you?" She asked. She limped towards a chair and sat down, crossing her ankles carefully and smoothing down her skirt.

Brielle smirked a little. "Sixteen. I'll be seventeen next March. Happy very early birthday, by the way." She replied.

"Does your head still hurt?" She asked. She felt badly still, but Tristan deserved it.

He smiled as she wished him a happy birthday. That was the first time in a while. "Thanks," he said. "Same to you, even if I'm a bit late..."

When asked if his head still hurt, Damien nodded. "A little bit," he said. "But I'm fine. Don't worry. Besides, he's out for a while so I can actually get some peace. Thanks again." His little wings twitched as he went silent, not knowing what else to say.

Brielle smiled. "Thanks!" She said.

"But I'm fine. Don't worry. Besides, he's out for a while so I can actually get some peace. Thanks again."

Any time!" She said with a short laugh. She didn't like hurting Damien, but Tristan, on the other hand...Well, that was a whole other story.
