"Alright, let's do it. I have Setflix linked with this console, it's on the main menu of the thing. Blue logo with white letters, you know I'm sure."

Luna turned to Nix and saw his face then, and almost busted out laughing. His face was so red and it was clear he was embarrassed with himself. Trying to save his pride, but also failing a little bit, she let out a chuckle. She couldn't hold that one. Her face must've reddened as well, but for a different reason. Nix was blushing, her face was red from trying to hold back. Man, she so wanted to tease him for it so badly.

Screw it. "Heyyy wait a second. Your faaaace. You could make ketchup with that much tomato."

Luna let out a laugh. No holding back that one. She hoped it wasn't too bad a jab. Either way, now that she was a little more clear-headed, she also hoped it would lighten the mood some. To help them both forget the painful event that happened in the kitchen.

"Oh shush, the red face is from laughing ya dumdum."

Luna let out another chuckle and gave Nix a very light punch to his arm, turning away from him and towards the TV screen. He had clicked on the selection for the comedy, and the video was playing. It seemed odd though, it seemed to have started playing in the middle of something.

"Uhh..."

While the show seemed hilarious, she caught herself laughing at it, it all quickly ended with the show's logo on the screen. The video was over. As Setflix went back to the selection screen, she noticed why it seemed so odd. What Nix had selected was a trailer, and there didn't seem to be anything else for the show other than that.

"Ooooooh, did you check when the show was going to be released when you heard about it Nix?"

Ah, she knew he was oblivious sometimes but daaamn. It seemed like an awesome show though.

Luna felt really bad. 'It just looked really cheery,' worried her. He was trying to cheer her up more huh...

She cleared her throat and responded, speaking softly. "It's okay Nix, I'm sure there's something here that's just as good yeah? It's not that bad. Speaking of bad, yes, don't shit yourself," she laughed.

"And of course I know where the bathroom is ya fuckin' weirdo, it's mah house isn't it? The bathroom is down that hallway all the way to the end, on the left." Luna pointed back to a hallway next to the kitchen that reached into the back of the house. There was a bedroom, a second bedroom she converted into a sort of study where she did whatever she felt like, and of course the bathroom. The whole house was kinda small but they somehow fit two bedrooms and a living-kitchen...thing inside.

Luna felt her face contort into a smirk, immediately thinking Nix meant the 'not when you're around' statement as a response to 'shit yourself'. As she realized Nix was running away to she assumed the bathroom though, it hit her that what he was really responding to was when she said 'its not that bad'. And that changed her smirk right into a genuine smile at that.

...Right when Nix tripped on the fucking power cord to the TV like the clumsy man-child he was. The room immediately got darker, but it didn't matter especially because Nix might've gotten hurt-

"FUCKING OW!"

"Shit." Yeup, he did. She stood up and immediately ran to him. "You okay? I might have an ice pack in the freezer."

Luna noticed Nix was rubbing his face, and there seemed to be a small, barely noticeable bruise growing around his cheek near his right eye. She'd have to see about getting a small ice pack so it wasn't obstructing his sight. She didn't want him tripping again.

Aaaalways the concerned one aren't you.

"Heh, 'medic'. Is there anything else that hurts..? I can't...I can't really see..."

Even with the small amount of light from the kitchen, Luna was barely able to even see Nix's face. Granted, she could see his physical face but not the colors. But she couldn't see if there was another bruise somewhere or if there was redness where possible inflammation came up from scrapes against the floor. But she tried to examine his arms anyway, especially the one he was using to hold up the ice pack she literally ran to and from the kitchen with in two seconds.

"If there's any scrapes on your arms we should probably rinse them...I swept the floor yesterday but who knows."

You're a little too protective of this man. What are you doing.

Look, I can't help it. He's the only actual friend I got...

Luna sighed and leaned back, effectively sitting on her feet and lower legs. She didn't want to be too in his face...she kinda felt kind of bad for going a little crazy there. Maybe Solaris was right...
