Wakanda is a 5'7" young woman that weighs not that much. Her weight is healthy but on the lower end of the scale. A human weight lifter could probably lift her up and cart off with her with ease. She has a flat waist and is a B cup. Her legs are long, and she has narrow hips. The lady is fragile and fairly pale; her skin's easy to bruise and sunburn. She has beautiful, long black hair and raven black eyes that each gain a purple hue when put under a light source. Her hair trails to about an inch above the knee and is naturally straight. She often wears bangs and will occasionally style it in different ways depending on the event.
She takes on a very preppy clothing style. Buttoned up blazers and pleated skirts are her thing. She wears solids and conventional patterns like plaid. She often runs around in three inch heels that are either blocky or like a thick stiletto at thinnest. She prefers round toe shoes, but she does have several pointy toe boots. She dresses fairly conservatively and avoids showing too much skin. Most of the skin she shows is her legs due to the fact that she wears skirts almost all of the time. She wears a bit of makeup like foundation, blush powder, and lip gloss, but she is the kind to use it in order to make herself look more natural and mature. There's no way she's wearing goth makeup. Her accessories consist of cute, small earrings and charm bracelets. Occasionally she wears hair clips.
Personality Description: Wakanda is a friendly but mysterious individual. She's strangely mature and off-putting. She gives off the sense of being older than she truly is. It wouldn't be hard to estimate that she's one of those "looks young, is really centuries old" types. She seems like she would be cryptic or prophetic, but she's actually rather straightforward to talk to. She gives blunt answers and simple to understand advice. She is rather intelligent, but she is not omniscient. She doesn't even have time-related abilities (At least not right now anyway). She relies on pure intuition as her guide.
Internally the girl is more mischievous and fun-loving than she lets on. The times when she behaves in the cryptic manner are the times where she's totally messing with people. She has insecurities over not knowing her magic specialization and being incapable of casting magic. She hides this with her confidence aura. Despite this, inwardly she's actually pretty depressed about her state and has given up. She acknowledges that she's fairly defenseless and weak despite having a large amount of magic, so she keeps her wits about her. Whenever in a bind, she would prefer to make a crafty escape over engaging in a battle. However, her sheltered background has also made her naive. It's possible to trick her into a false sense of security.
Powers: Wakanda hails from a family of mages and has a ridiculous amount of mana. Her body has lots of energy ripe for the picking. However, thus far she cannot utilize her large reserve of magic. She's not sure how to and doesn't know what branch of magic she will end up in. However, what she can do is transfer her resources to other people. Technically no one needs permission; they just need to be able to perform magic. By touching Wakanda, one can draw from her mana pool and use it to amplify or replenish their magic. This can be done until she runs out of fuel. It is possible to drain her further after she runs out, but that will draw from her life force. Meaning yes, draining her too much can actually kill her. The bright side is her regeneration rate is fast. Twelve hours of rest will allow her to go from zero (Draining life force is considered going into the negatives) to full. It takes her two to three days to recover if she was drained to the point of going into the negatives.
Species Abilities: As a witch, it's reasonable to think that she'll live longer than a human and be able to cast magic. ....The latter hasn't worked out yet. The former is merely extended longevity, not immortality.

Quite a few of them specialize in lightning magic, but some have pursued other paths. When Wakanda was born, they checked her for magic. This was normal for them to do. They wanted to know how big or small her reserves were. Her readings were off the charts. She was born with an abnormally large magic reserve. This both pleased and worried them. The child would become an incredible witch, but the wrong person could endanger her and many others with her gift.
The daughter was sheltered her whole life. They protected her within the comforts of home and had her homeschooled. Others attended to her every need. She was never left alone without adult supervision. This way of living alienated her from her peers, and she was left without friends for several years. She was trapped inside a protective box that existed to make sure she was not taken advantage of. The parents were far too fearful to let her do much thinking for herself. This is what led her to complain once she hit her preteen years.
She wanted to go to Starlight Academy just like the other people on the island. While at first they refused, they took note of the fact that her magic lessons had failed to produce anything fruitful. She could not cast a single spell. She had a lot of magic reserves, but she couldn't properly use it. Thus they agreed to let her go to the academy. Initially they were going to enroll her when she hit the high school grade level if there was still no progress, but she wormed her way into attending the academy for her last year of middle school. However, not even the academy helped.
Dejected, she graduated from Starlight Academy and chose not to enter college. She acquired no job and stayed within the Voltaic mansion. Still despite this she wanders out freely in defiance of her family's wishes. She was eighteen, and therefore she should be allowed to make her own decisions. Even though she's pretty much given up on using magic, she still wonders if there may be a what if out there for her. She also wonders what her purpose was. Her purpose couldn't be to become a jobless, wandering princess, right?
