Making her way down to the designated meeting spot, Celeste took in the view of the ocean before her. It was calm at this hour of day, the tide had just come back in and covered the sand and rocks below the pier. Sitting down on a bench, she waited patiently for Jude.
That morning, Celeste had put out an ad to do a simple challenge - Two Truths and a Lie - nothing too hard, just good fun. And within an hour, she had an answer in her inbox from Jude, Jude Genovese, a student of hers, she realised rather surprised as she read the message. She hadn't realised til today that he was part of the challenge actually.
Maybe because she hadn't really paid proper attention to the names on the list, having assumed the Genovese she had seen was Angelo. Though now, it did make sense. There were an awful lot of challenges with the name Genovese on them, and if she actually thought about it, too many, perhaps, for one contestant to do comfortably.
