Transfer Student

Long road ahead...
Trees passing by each second, through the small window that lays against the metal wall of the bus. You can hear the rocks underneath being gridded against the rough road, and flying to the bottom of the bus, tapping the metal. Each little moment Skyler's getting closer to the new school.

Laying his head on the metal frame of the window, looking out and seeing the never ending forest that reaches on for hours. Was Skyler. It had seem it was only him on the bus because of the silence, but he was sure there was more people around. Maybe doing what he was, but he couldn't be sure of it.

Once the bus had stopped in front of the school, Skyler grabbed his bag, and luggage and carried his way off the bus. He didn't have so much luggage, He wore his bag, and carried a size medium luggage behind him.

Taking his first steps on Starlight Academy's outside ground, he could easily see it wasn't going to be simple finding his way around the area. He place his luggage down for a second to look at his map of the school from the flier.

Getting a good look at where the office may be, he grabbed his luggage and began to head inside the school.

(ooc: I hope you don't mind if I start from the beginning)

As the doors open, Skyler could see plenty of students up and about. Many of different sizes, colours, and styles. It was overwhelming. The sight of so many students nerved Skyler. He never liked being around so many people in the first place, and he guessed there was going to be many at the school, but not so up and about like they are.

He tried to ignore them. Although they saw him, he tried to image they weren't there.
The school wasn't quiet ether. He understood this, but with the new sounds soaking in so fast, Skyler was getting a little dizzy.
Everything was going to be new here from now on, but with so much going on at once, it gave Skyler a bit of a headache.

Once he was able to make his way to the office, he noticed right a way that there was another person there as well. It was only one person, so he didn't mind as much.
Something else was there as well. He couldn't really see it properly, but he was sure it was some sort of animal.

As he made his way closer to the office, it came clear that the thing was an animal, but it was also a dog. It was quite big to be a dog, so Skyler guessed it had to have been half wolf or something.

Skyler's cat-like ears twitched at the sight. He waved his tail side to side, but he made sure he didn't let it go to close to the dog.

As Skyler was slowly passing by the guy, his ear moved to where he heard the mans voice speak. He wasn't keeping it low, but he made it as if you wanted Skyler to hear him say his words.

"Well, I haven't seen that one yet." The guy says.


That one? Skyler turned his gaze to the guy. What does he mean by "That one?" He said nothing, but just giving an odd look at him. It made no sense to Skyler. What had he meant by "that one?" He knew everyone was different in this school, so what made him the odd one out?

Staring for a few moments, Skyler finally gave up on the thought. He closed his eyes and opening them to take a last look at the large beast. Just the sight of him made him want to leave right away. It was feint, but he could catch the horrible scent of wet dog coming off the filthy animal. Skyler's nose wrinkled at the smell. It wasn't strong, but it was still terrible to even smell.

"Stupid dog..." He whispered to himself.

Turning his gaze back at the desk, he noticed no one was around. That sort of sucked. He had told them he was coming on this day and no ones in sight, besides the person and animal sitting on the side.

Skyler frowned. It was disappointing to see that no one really cared. He let out a gush of air. He hoped it wasn't going to take long, he really did want to get set up, but mostly he wanted to get out of the same room as the wolf.

There wasn't another chairs besides the ones next to the person. He decided he rather stand. Skyler placed down his luggage and backpack, getting a load off. The backpack wasn't really heavy, but it sat on Skyler's back for a while and it was beginning to hurt his shoulders.

As he moved his shoulders around, trying to get them in a comfortable position, he watched as the dog bit his owner on the hand. It must of hurt because the reaction the owner gave afterwards. He rubbed his hands, turning his gaze back on Skyler.
They stared into each others eyes, before the guy broke the silence between them.

"Nobody's here, you know." He said

Skyler nodded his head to the guy.
Skyler knew, by now. But he couldn't understand why they weren't here. Did they really just left? No note, No Email? Skyler began to question if this school was really as good as it says it is. Was it a place he should be at?

Cutting Skyler off from his thoughts they Guy spoke shortly after he had before.
"There is a teacher's meeting or something. They've been absent for hours. I thought all the newbies were to be informed."

That explains the missing teachers, but why are all of them gone. It must of been a big meeting? He thought to himself.
Skyler doesn't remember being informed though. They must of messaged him after he left to go to the airport to get on a days long trip to the Academy. I'll check later

"You might as well sit down."

Skyler glanced at the chairs next to the dude. He wondered if he should sit down, but he wasn't going to sit next to the mut that was for sure.

"These things tend to run for hours upon hours."

How disappointing...He took a moment to think before doing anything. He rapped his tail around legs, moving his luggage aside.

"I'll just sit here..." He said, not giving a single look at the guy or his pets as he did so.

Sitting on the chilled floor, Skyler watched as the dude talked to his pets. He couldn't understand why he did so, did they really have a voice or something? It did seem like they were talking back to him with their body language, but He heard nothing other then that.

Skyler gave a questioning look, but didn't say anything. What was there to say?
He noticed he was just staring at them, so Skyler looked away. Watching the other side of the desk to see if someone would come out from the back room to help him out or something. He really didn't like being in this room with this dog. It bothered him a lot. More then the stranger had, mainly because he didn't like dogs and Skyler didn't mind so many strangers at once.

Just as he began to twiddle with his fingers, he picked up what the guy had said. He never meant to ears drops, but the words "Cat-boy" caught his attention.

"Ah, yes, cat boy." The guy rolled his eyes.
He sort of said it in a way like he was annoyed with Skyler. Skyler couldn't understand why. He had said very little, but its not like he was treating him as if he was invisible.

"He's a newbie. He doesn't seem to talk. I think Spirit scared him."
Spirit! That must of been the mut. Skyler wasn't scared of him in anyway, but the dog was the problem. If he was anything else he wouldn't mind as much.

"I'm not afraid of your dog..." He said very annoyingly.
"if you won't mind, could you get rid of it?" He turned his eyes to the stranger. Giving him a look of annoyance.
