She held him a bit closer, she wanted to never let him go from her arms. He was all she had and all she loved, no one could compete with him or even try to, in her mind. She realized there was no turning back in this relationship, and she was perfectly fine with it. She moved her lips to his cheek leaving a soft sweet kiss on his cheek. She noticed his tears and lifted a hand from around him and gently wiped away his tears with her thumb. Her eyes caught on his again, they were like two magnets for her own eyes. His blue eyes were something that her brown eyes just couldn't resist to stare at.
She put her arm back around his neck, her eyes still glued to his own. She wished deep in her soul she could not fight Darci and she could just marry Painter and forget all about her past. But she knew the wound wouldn't heal and she would eventually die from it or Darci. She wondered if he liked kids, she couldn't believe how fast everything seemed to be going and yet... Yet nothing seemed rushed, everything felt right. Maybe it was the fact she might die, or maybe it was just meant to be.
Tonight had been the most spontaneous evening ever, Painter had come into her life and just took her on a whirlwind of happiness eversince, they had known eachother for a while, but it seemed as though the minutes passed faster when he was around. Painter had been the only person to get past her barriers to protect herself. She trusted him, she trusted and loved him with all her being and the best part was he loved her back. This man was truly but not offically her fiance. She knew there wasa chance they could never be, because of death, but she knew in her heart that death couldn't separate lovers forever.
