Dorn tilted his head to the side at those first words. "Aha, well the roof is one place one can always visit for some time alone, not many people go up there, I go there sometimes when I was to be alone. That happens a little now and then." he made a pause and then he thought what he had just said and laughed. "Okey I have not been here for very long and I made it sound as if I had been here for years, I have only been to the roof once so far. But it was nice and calm"

He watched watched James as he began to dig around for the glasses and then he watched the boy push them onto his nose, Dorn smiled a little as the boy looked at him again, then he stretched down his hand and picked up a pair of glasses of his own that he pushed up on the nose, it was the once he had to use when reading. He listened to the words of the movies he had love and a grin crossed his face as he stood up from James side of the room and then he walked across the floor to the shelf and he calmly pulled out the two movies James talked about. "Well of course I have them, in fact I love The Aristocats to. One thing is clear, you are not really grown up until you can watch cartoons without having to hide it" he said as he turned back towards James. "I know all the song from close to every single Disney that was ever made before. Let people laugh, it is great songs" he laughed happily and then he placed back the movies onto the shelf.

Dorn nodded and sighed. "I will tell you on what level it felt, think that you are in a hospital. Then suddenly you can feel what everyone around you is feeling at that moment, both the once working there and the once in there for treatment, all that pain, the nervousity, the happiness, the sorrow. The first time my powers began to work I fainted....it was just to much." he explained with a slight gesture of his hands. "It happened at the hospital my mother and father both worked at, well in a way it was good I was at a hospital. The bad thing was that mom and dad was busy in surgery so they did not find me until a few hours later, of course they thought it was my heart....guess that was partly a reason why I fainted" he shook his head and sighed a little. "Sometimes I just talk far to much for my own good"

He nodded, grateful for the advice. It was easy to forget that Dorn hadn't been here for years and years - he seemed so at home, so comfortable with his surroundings. He wondered if he'd ever be like that, somehow completely unable to picture it. "Thanks. I'll have to check it out. Maybe later today, after I'm finished with all the administrative... stuff."

He grinned, easily able to picture Dorn singing along to Disney movies. Although the other boy was a great deal taller then him, he exuded a friendly accessibility that kept Jamie from being too intimidated by him, and made such ideas easy to entertain. "Try telling that to nine-year-old me. I was tiny then, all concerned about trying to be tough... It really bugged me." He shrugged, obviously unconcerned about it now.

"Oh. Wow." He was levitating a few inches above the bed, frowning at Dorn's story. "That sucks. I can't imagine..." He shook his head, feeling bad for the guy. No matter how his powers had screwed up his life sometimes, he had had it easy compared to Dorn. "And you don't talk too much." he added lamely, unsure of what to say to convince the other boy of it.

Dorn nodded a little. "Yeah administration....stuff can be a real pain" he said calmly, "I can tell you that in the evening right after the son is about to go down it is really nice to sit on the roof, mostly the colors can be really nice then" the taller boy walked over and sat down on his bed, then he slowly stretched his arms over the head and closed his eyes for a few seconds. He then opened them again and glanced over at James.

He lughed and then he gave the other boy a slight friendly grin. "If I could move thought time I might be able to do that" was his comment to that part about his nine year old self. "I would never have guessed you to be the little bad boy when you where nine, I can tell you I was pretty much the same when I was nine as I am now." he yawned a little and then he scratched himself on the cheek for a few seconds. "I was always a little outside since I could not do things others could, like to run or do sports." he shook his head and from the tune in his voice he did not seem to concerned about that little matter, after all he had grown up with Nikki and his life had been a happy one.

Dorn nodded a little but he smiled a little, it was a weak smile but still a smile. "Yeah it sucks very much" was a simple reply to that, then he thought for a moment. "No it is not that hard to imagine, just think yourself in a room with around....well let us say 15 people, all of them with different problems from love and nervousity to anger and pain. Then you just imagine that you suddenly are able to feel all of there emotions and what they feel at the moment." he got a rather thoughtful face after he said this and then he smiled again, this time a little happier. "If you say I do not talk to much, then I trust you."
