Enelya laughed, she loved his smile, although he looked like he hadn't really smiled in sometime. She handed the mint leaf to Archie, who was getting tired of posing.

"I don't mean to intrude, but uh..."

She gave him a big smile. "Intruding? No, come and join us! I was just about to paint Archie, he's so excited about getting his portrait made."

She led him over to where she was painting, and showed him the few brush strokes she'd already made. It wasn't much yet, but she sure was excited about it. Usually, she painted sceneries, now, she was going to test her 'realism' work.

Ember smiled at Enelya as she talked about art. "That’s so true. I mean, anyone can draw a stick figure, but only certain people can draw with absolute passion and color."

Ember was so happy to meet someone else who was new to the school. Ember laughed at Enelya comment about Archie, and she looked over at him, who was showing off several poses. "He's a great model, and I love his colors! They're so beautiful. You'd probably be right; I'd definitely be vain if I had those awesome colored scales."

Suddenly, Ember noticed out of the corner of her eye a guy stumble and fall down at the entrance to the art room. She jumped when he made the fall and she immediately ran over to help him pick up his stuff. Enelya had also gotten up to help him, and apparently knew him. "Are you okay?" She asked him. "I'm Ember." enelya was all over him, helping him that ember felt almost invisible, but she managed to squeeze ina few words. Though in the end she didn't mind. "So, you you two know each other?"

Kotah sat at a table near Enelya and pulled out six colored pencils and one graphite pencil. He opened up to something he was working on before, leaned back, and started working on it.

He occationally glanced up to see how Enelya was coming along, and to glance at the other work being done by the other students. He stopped and realized something. Looking back at Enelya, he did a double take on the blue reptile posing for her, opened his mouth to say something, then clicked his jaw shut. He just stared with a raised eyebrow before going back to his own work.

Enelya smiled at Ember, "We met in the library."

As she went back to painting the different shades of Archimedes' back, she noticed how Kotah had stopped working, and had an eyebrow raised in Archie's direction. She bursted out laughing.

"This is Archimedes, my lizard-friend," she explained, catching her breath. "He's my muse for today," she finished, beaming at her best friend.

"We met in the library."

"Ooh, okay." Ember said and continued with her work.

While chosing what colors and shades to use, she noticed something slightly odd happen between enelya and the boy, whose name she still didn't know. "Um, excuse me, but...what's your name?" Ember asked. She had decided to use bright ues for her drawing, so she began with the grass which she made a bright green with a few spots of brown for dirt.

"Um, excuse me, but...what's your name?"

Kotah didn't look up from his work, but answered anyway. "Kotah." It was true he didn't talk to people, and often let conversations drop on purpose, but right now he was trying to figure out how to color this to get the effect he wanted. All that was on the paper right now were spots lightly outlined in pencil. Dark reds and violets made up the majority of the colored pencils next to him with a couple very dark greens and a black that look like it has hardly been used. He added another pair of lines that stretched the length of the paper before picking up one of the red and started what looked like very tedious pointalism. His nose was almost touching the paper.

A boy of his late teenager ages, with thin eyelength black hair and an average male height of five foot eleven and three quarters, came into the room with a beret and something in his hand. A square window, bare, without any form of a frame.

It was his art class right now, and the teacher still hadn't come in. He shrugged, guess it must be a freelance class. He looked around, and not wanting to be fancy, and not wanting to scare anyone, he sighed, putting the glass window away from everyone that was talking in the room.

"Hm...what to make?" His eyes looked to his left and then to his right. All he saw were pictures, but not a single sculpture in sight. "Well..." Valentine looked at his hand and something seemed to come alive from within him. An idea.

The glass shattered in mid air, holding its place, but slowly spinning in two ways, one of them making a cup shape, while the other an oval shape.

"Kotah..hm, nice name. I'm Ember," She said witha small wave. There was a small silence between everyone, for a while, sicne they were all occupied in their work. Ember observed her drawing. She had finished the grass, graves, sky and other objects of nature all included with it's shades and mix of colors. She then began working on the girl and Reaper. She decided to make the girl a brunette with a hint of blonde, with acid-wash styled jeanes and a brown jacket and white shirt. The cat she made black as well as the Reaper's robe. She added light grey shades to the bones and all she had left was the detail on the grave she was sitting on and her skin.

Then, another boy had walked in wearing a beret and a glass square, not saying a word, and made his way away from everyone else. Suddenly, the glass broke and began forming two different shapes. Intrigued, Ember got up and walked over tot he boy. "Hi, I'm Ember. So...what'cha making?"

As Enelya brushed the different strokes of Archie's body, she glanced over at Kotah. His eyes were almost stuck to the page! She leaned over towards him.

"If your eyes get any closer to that page, you'll go blind!"

As she said that, a boy came into the room, she didn't really think much of him, except a few minutes after he had entered, he stattered the glass he had been holding. Curiously, she glanced that way, and Archie, freaking out, ran into her pocket, forgetting all about being her model.

"If your eyes get any closer to that page, you'll go blind!"

He glanced up with just his eyes, his face still plastered to his work. He made a face at her, and went back to his coloring. He had half the main part of the drawing finished, colored like blood. Infact, it was suposed to be blood, as if someone had cut themselves open and ran it over the paper. A thick stream ran from top to bottom with minor subsections and random splotches and droplettes. It was turning out really well, infact.

He heard someone else enter, but didn't care to look up until Archimedes dashed from his spot. He glanced at Enelya's pocket, then to her face. His eyes became questioning.
