She shook her head. "Despite my size, I'm not frail. Just...please." Her tone held a bit of pleading in it. She flew over to his side and hoped he'd turn with her, this way if and when he did tickle her, she wouldn't drop three floors down.
Reluctant to do so, Cade turned with her, stuck a finger out at Ariana and softly moved it in a constant vertical motion on her side. Why am I even going along with this, he thought. "If you say so...."
Ariana giggled just efore she dropped to the roof floor. Less than a minute later she was a 5'4'' heat of human. Blinking, she opened her eyes and looked at Cade. "Uh, hi." She stood on shaky legs that felt like jello and looked herself over.
Well, she seemed to be enjoying herself, until she dropped to the roof floor and almost instantly she became human! That surprised Cade. In complete shock, Cade's eyes widened as he examined her. "Did that just happen? That can't be....."
Ariana grinned slightly. "Um, thanks." This was only her second time to be in human form, and it felt kind of weird. She pulled her oxblood colored hair over one of her shoulders.
"You're....welcome?" Out of all the strange things that could possibly happen, that happened. Cade looked at the girl who was now human. How did that happen? He preferred not to know. He noticed her having an problem standing straight. He walked up to her, thinking that she would need help. "Need a hand?"
Not wanting the help but not wanting to seem ruse, she nodded. "That'd be a lot of help, thanks." She gave him a smile and put a hand on his arm to keep her steady. "Human legs are long..." She murmured.
"Okay." Cade placed a hand on her shoulder and another on her side to help remain calm and steady. He then looked her in the eye. "Not really used to that, are you? Has this ever happened before?"
She nodded. "Ah, once before. That's why I wanted you to tickle me. I wanted to try it out to be positive that was the reason I turned human." She beamed at him. "Anyway, no. The first time, it wasn't that bad and I actually walked hours before I went unconscious and then went back to being a fairy. But then I was running purely on excitement and...the need to get away from where I had been..."
"The need to get away?" Cade paused for a moment to think about that. He had been in that situation, feeling the need to "get away", that is. He nodded and simply replied. "I see..."
