Eliana stood on the corner of a darkened street. If it weren't for her clothing, she might have looked like a prostitute. Not that she would have been opposed to that. As the 'walk' sign lit up, Eliana strolled across the street.

She was on the look out for someone. This couldn't be any old person, though, they had to be special. This was a taxing job, and she couldn't expect any old gal or guy to get it done.

No, tonight was too important to fuck up.

Eliana found herself whistling a jaunty tune and swaying her hips to the beat of it as she walked along the sidewalk. She ignored most of the looks thrown her way; she was so used to people gawking at that she was unphased. It was rare for her, but sex and partying weren't the first things on her mind tonight. Revenge was in the plan, and it was rankin' number one. Right up there with 'buy a hang in there kitty poster'.

She slowed her pace as she came upon a boy. She found herself staring at him more intently than she should have been. Subtly was for the weak, though. Okay, that was a lie. Whatever.

"Oi! You!"

Malvoes liked the night, it was a peaceful time. No worries about the sun, less people, and as long as he didn't have anything to do the next day that is.

As for his reason for being out tonight, he didn't particularly have any. He was still fairly new and was working on getting a feel for the city, an internal map of sorts.

He was walking down the sidewalk, just turning the block and continuing his journey, through the meager crowds if any were around. Then, as he was walking along this path he came across a curious woman, or girl, he wasn't exactly sure, she seemed around his age. Other than her punk appearance, and the fact that he had trouble not looking at her, she was very attractive just ogling women wasn't natural to him, but the curious thing about her was she was intently staring directly at him.

At first he thought she was just looking past him, being that they were on the same road, same path, just going different directions. But no, she was looking directly at him, and this was further confirmed when she called out to him.

He'd clear his throat, "Salutations Miss."

"Salutation?" Eliana repeated, smiling. "Oh man! It's been forever since someone said salutations to me."

She gave him an appreciative once over. "How tall would you say you are? What can you bench? You do bench, don't you?"

Eliana wasn't opposed to getting right up in his space. She prodded at his arms, chest, and abdomen.

"You could do. Oh yes, you fuckin' could! Hey, hey." She stopped touching him and met his eyes again. "What's your name? I need your help, but first I gotta know your name."

"Um, I'm not sure honestly, I don't know that either. I don't really go to the gym. Excuse me what are you doing?" This was uncomfortable and strange. He didn't push this woman away, he didn't really mind being touched honestly, he had a very open personal space, but most people would ask before touching him.

He was comfortable with his body, lean and semi muscular, he had minimal excess body fat, and he'd like to think he was fairly attractive. As this woman decided to feel him up, he decided that giving her a once over wouldn't be too invasive. She was really attractive but he wasn't sure why she seemed so irresistible it was very strange.

"Could do what?" He was rather suspicious of what she wanted."Names are a good start, buying me dinner may be a better idea if you're wanting something special, you know. Well, you are borderline on 'special,' feeling me up like that. My name is Malvoes, and yours?"

Eliana wagged a finger at him affectionately. She held out her hand, knuckles toward him, as though she expected him to kiss them.

"Eliana Ria, is the name." She liked him. She liked his bit of sass. "Is that to suggest you don't like me feelin' you up? Excuse me, I don't see you pulling away, but I guess a wouldn't would I? A nice, man like you wouldn't hurt a gal's feelin's."

"'Special' may be relative. I just needed help moving some boxes. And, as you may know, there are like, a ton of freaks around. But I can strike you a deal. You help me move said boxes and I'll buy you dinner afterward. It can be a little date."

"Oh, I don't mind it. I mean, I wouldn't mind returning the favor, you know the say, do unto others as you'd have unto you."He'd give her a bit of a wink. He wasn't generally this outgoing, but when he was dealing with someone of her caliber, he'd do his best to go blow-to-blow with her. He had a sharp tongue, that was on occasion silver tipped, but he was usually more polite.

He'd give her a bit of a softer smile,"I can do that, I'm glad to lend a helping hand. As for freaks, I'm almost positive that's a more offensive name than usually, considering that part of the population isn't human." He thought back to some of the faculty, and students, and citizens of the city itself. "But you know, to each their own, I could go for a date, been a while and you are rather gorgeous."

"Oh-ho. I'm starting to like you a little more each time you open your mouth. Better watch it, otherwise, I'm gonna wanna keep ya."

She slipped her arms around his right arm and clung close to him as she steered them in the direction he had been walking.

"Let them get offended. They all get so riled so easily anyway. What are they gonna do? As for our date, I'm always good on my word, luv, and I've been known to treat 'em right, as they say."

Eliana brought him to the end of the street, where she stopped at a one story home. The lights were off, and the house was unremarkable. It was like any other home. Eliana released Malvoes and took a spare key from a fake rock at the side of the walkway.

"This is it. It shouldn't take too long. I'll give it an hour at the most."

"I've been told that before, not really about me talking though."

He'd follow her lead, not pushing her away when she hung onto him, this wasn't so bad, he seemed to still be able to keep a girl entertained, at least with his words.

"I prefer to stay on the good side of as many people as I can." He'd take a small glance behind them to appreciate her figure. "Is that so? Well, I can't wait then."

He'd glance at the house, guess she lived alone or something. "Well, where exactly am I moving these boxes." He'd follow her as he spoke, not really sure what he was doing with her stuff.

"We gotta put it all up in the truck around back." She smiled deviously, "moving is a bitch."

Eliana could lie with the best of them. She said this all without any hesitation.

Eliana almost laughed at how easily she could get people to go along with just about anything. Too fun. After all these years, she still wasn't bored of people.

She unlocked the door and felt on the side wall until she managed to find the light.

Boxes scattered the entry room floor. There was still plenty of paintings and knick-knacks left around the house, though. It appeared she had no yet packed it all.

She motioned to seven medium sized boxes on the ground. "Here we are."

He'd crack his fingers, getting a bit prepared, Malvoes was always happy to help people. He was just a generous person, sure this chick was a bit odd, looking for help on the side of the road but he wasn't one to judge.

"This isn't too bad. He'd say walking around the boxes, he knew he could do this easily with just his powers, so why not. He'd create five wooden squares, a bit larger than the tops and bottoms of the boxes, and only a few inches thick. He started stacking the boxes onto the platforms, one on each, unfortunately he seemed to be a bit short. No problem, he'd take the last two and just stack them onto two of the other boxes.

He'd take a step back examining that they wouldn't fall off the platforms and then he would make a small hand motion levitating the boxes wooden platforms up to carry the boxes. He felt a bit of a strain in the back of his mind, they were a bit heavier than what he was used to manipulating but he was holding them alright.

"Just lead me to the truck then Miss Eli."
