The Same, but not as before

Thea skipped hummed happily to herself adjusting the strap of her purse as she walked. Today’s shopping trip uad gone much better than she expected. She had managed to get two of the things she wanted for half off. This of course meant that she should continue to shop just to spite her gaurdian.

Just as she was trying to figure out out which way to go next the wind blew her scarf across the street. She spotted a girl also having trouble with the wind and called out to her “Please catch thay scarf!” And she like the clothing obessed person she was took off after it as well.

She definitely regretted checking her purchases out during such a windy day. How stupid would she look if she lost it the day she bought it. Finally catching up the scarf she went to snatch it out of mid air before it could touch the ground. ”Sorry about that, i just bought was in a bit of a panic at the thought of losing it”

Dorothea smiled at the girl and shoved her scarf into the shopping from which it escaped forcefully. As if that would stop it from escaping again, she looked over the girl standing in front of her for familiar features. She was sure she'd seen the girl around somewhere. "So are you shopping or just taking a stroll around the city" Thea was all for making friends, she definitely needed excuses to get out of the house.

Plus shopping was much more fun when you had someone without, she found shopping for other people much more exciting than shopping for herself. She already had more clothes than she needed.

Thea shrugged ”There are pretty good sales going on, I can get us both something” She understood that the other girl was joking, but if she was getting a good deal she wouldn’t mind helping the girl expand her wardrobe. Besides she couldn’t go home with too many bags... Vatar might suspicious

Thea shook her hand ”Im dorothea, but everyone calls me Thea” she looked around for what direction to go before pulling out her phone. After a few minutes of search she gave a sastified squeal.

”If you're bot apposed to shopping with me..there’s a sale going on at a store near by” She showed Elisa the store’s website which boased about a buy one get two sales on clerance and non-clerance items. Probably trying ti get rid of last season’s clothing.

Thea nodded happily, the store she wanted to go to had a reward system. One that rewarded heavily fot attending th sales and buying clothes. Was it wrong for her to use the girl to forward her member status so she could get the best deals? After all using her points and the sale would strech her budget a lot firther than she actually needed it to.

“Definietely, this also means they must be getting new stock, the prices arent that bad either. We can at least get a couple outfits” Thea liked seeing the joy on people faces when they found the perfect oufit. The fact she could benefit was only icing on the cake. She rarely bought more the two or three things from stores anyways.

She started to walk in the direction of the store, assuming that Elisa would follow. ”so what grade are you in’”

Thea nodded ”Im starting my freshman year.” She was excited to have someone shopping with her, she normally did it alone. She looked over Elisa at the question and bit her lip.

”Normally I wear pastels and soft colors, mostly skirts and dressed unless it snowing then inwear pants if i cant fine wool stockings. Honestly it depends on what you like and feel comfortable in. My advice would definetely be to try on somethings to see what you like and what you don’t. It’s all about feeling confident, comfortable, and good about yourself” She smiled kindly and stuffed her free hand into her jacket pocket.

”I think you’d look amazing in a wine colored dress though...plus its almost autumn..fall colors”
