Located somewhere downtown, in a sort of pocket dimension is where Getaway is located. The only identifier the store has, is a giant tree logo, and an oddly shaped door. The restaurant isn't like normal restaurants, as soon as you enter, you are hit with calming scents. They have the tendency to melt away stress and make you feel as if you want to fall asleep. Instead of traditional seating, there are bean bags, and mats, low sitting tables and a few bars scattered across the room. While the front area is very much the small little hole in the wall type thing, pass the multicolored beads is an actual library filled to the brim with books on various topics. Patrons are allowed to borrow books for their time there, however the books always mysteriously return to their spot of the shelf, if someone tries to take them out of the restaurant. There are numerous amounts of options on the menu and the owner makes sure to cater to all the needs of different species. No one is left out, unless of course one needed to be submerged in water the whole time while dining there.
The getaway isn't known by it's name, infact not many people do know it's name, and that's the way the owner likes it. The only way to actually learn it's name would be to ask the owner, if someone could identify who she is. The restaurant is normally referred to as the 'hippie joint' downtown, or the 'small book cafe'. They treat regular very well and make sure the newcomers are welcomed. The service is very fast and it's waiters seem to come from nowhere and disappear without a trace, until they are needed. The getaway does not believe in rushing it's patrons and doesn't cap the time they are allowed to sit and use up the wifi.
At different times through out the day, throughout the day the door will appear, as well as for people in certain situations. The smells a person experiences are specifically tailored to them and what will relax them, it's very hard to be frustrated and angry at the getaway.
