...

At least she was useful for something, even if she did seem like a moron. He sighed as he stood up and began to follow her. While Baine didn't realize it, Lesset was in his body. The transfer was quite an ordeal for him, and required a bit of rest. Little did Baine know that the scythe he wielded fed energy to Lesset whenever it destroyed a soul.

He didn't answer my question... She frowned as they walked. "PLease tell me you know the way out of here. I'd rather not be wandering around looking for a way off this place the rest of my life." She sighed and looked around for anything familiar.

Violet shook her head at him. "No." She wouldn't admit to him she was afraid of heights, so she would just say no. He didn't need to know why she wouldn't fly up.

Baine sighed. "Useless woman." Ignoring that she had saved him twice. They would find themselves near small streams of water. While Baine didn't know it, as he had never been on that island before, they had wandered to the brook near the center of the island. "How do you know it is uncharted? How exactly did you get here?" At first she mentioned an air plane but recently she denied ever even mentioning one. Was it supposed to be a secret or something? This girl was really strange. He figured he could get as much use out of her as he could before ditching her somewhere.
