Zienna's two 'guardians' while keeping to themselves mostly to themselves, did pay attention to the scene that played at the bar as two people had a little altercation. Mainly to see if they needed to haul their boss out of any danger. While it didn't come to that, the man did almost make a move when Rada schooched over, but recognizing the other girl, she reigned him back in and in their Praxian language told him that it was okay, though they did remain watchful. Zienna on the other hand didn't physically react to Rada. "Rada, was it?" she asked after a few seconds of reluctance. Her voice strained just enough to be audible. "I appreciate you taking me home, but please, I just want to drink in peace." She finished her shot and requested another from the bartender on duty. She was not as drunk as she would have liked, and now she had to stress out having to keep herself from being pried open as well. She still didn't know what this woman's deal was, and she didn't want to concern herself in knowing. Yet Zienna knew things that should not be openly discussed. Trying to keep things a secret while trying to forget was more of a pain than it was worth.

So the woman did remember Rada, great. Rada smiled and downed her third shot, exhaling afterwards. She had seen that the woman's buddies were on edge, she could feel and see it, but this was Rada's home turf and each and every customer in here was ready to fight for her. So Rada didn't feel nervous being near their boss woman whatsoever.
"You got it. I still don't know your name though. Well, not that you have to tell me. Mystery has its own kind of allure, right?"
Rada grinned a bit, and tapped the bar four times. Soon enough the bartender brought four more shots, they were cinnamon and orange flavoured, Rada's favourite.
The woman was still clearly on edge and in pain, Rada could feel it. Of course she was, Rada could tell that this kind of pain took a long time to heal. Maybe even the rest of one's life. But that also didn't mean the woman should stay this miserable for the rest of her life.

"Then drink in peace. I won't talk to you if you still want to wallow in misery. But the next time you see your blonde friend do tell her a message from me. Tell her Rada said 'Fuck you and stay out of my head'."
Rada let a small growl in her voice when she said the last part, and she downed another shot. Damn, that was good. Rada smiled at the bartender and spoke in Russian
"The last batch turned out great! Say my thanks to Ivanka!"

The woman decided to stay quiet. Maybe ignoring the girl would make her go away and actually leave her be. That was her mistake the first time, she entertained her existence, let her grab some attention and suddenly she latches on like a leech in the river. This plan would ultimately fail when she talked about Roma, as if she had the faintest idea who she was talking about. Her hand let go of the drink but just hovered around it, shaking and tensed. Zienna's teeth grated while her jaw tightened. Taking a deep breath to regain her composure, she allowed her eyes to drift to the woman. "I'll pass on the message." So much for a drink in peace. She finished her beverage and signaled to the bartender to get her a refill. She could already tell this was going to be a long night.

So the woman didn't like her blonde friend being spoken badly of. Naturally she didn't, what Rada had observed the two were basically as close as lovers. Rada hadn't really wished to get a rise out of the woman, she had genuinely wished for her to pass on the message, the trick the blonde had pulled on Rada had really gotten her pissed. But oh well, Rada could as well tell it to the woman herself when or if these two dealt with their problems and the blonde came to the bar again. So Rada shrugged and downed another shot.
"Fair enough. Just wanted to avoid it becoming a fight."

The bartender came over when the woman signaled, and as he was pouring he glanced at Rada. Rada glanced back and nodded just a bit, the sign of it being okay serving to this customer. Rada was going to get drunk tonight as well, so she wasn't one to judge this time. She merely downed her shots and also asked the bartender for another round. Rada, starting to develop a nice buzz, turned to look at the woman with her elbow on the counter.
"But before we drink in silence I think you at least owe me your name."

This was starting to become unbearable. She just wanted to drink in relative silence, but no, this woman just doesn't want to quiet down. Why? Did she get joy in annoying customers? Was she too used to talkative drunks? Was she trying to gain favor? What was her deal? Zienna had nothing to give her, she had nothing to offer, and all in all, she was not in the mood for any playful clowns. She drew her refill close to her and stared at it. Why can't she just leave it alone? And now she says that Zienna owed her a name. For what? Throwing her own name out? Walking her home? Zienna didn't owe her anything but she had a feeling this woman just can't take a hint. She let out a heavy sigh. "It's Zienna. Now if you don't mind, the night isn't getting any younger."

Rada was definitely irritating this woman, but right now she didn't care. And perhaps it would do good for the woman to feel something else besides sadness and misery. If Rada had known this woman better she would've been even more ruthless in her words, Rada believed in tough love, but the fact was that they had just met and if Rada pushed much more the woman would leave and become drunk somewhere else. That would mean losing a customer, and other bars probably weren't as considerate of their clients.

"There we go. Nice to meet you, Zienna."
It was an exotic name, but this island was full of those. Hell, Rada was also a pretty unique name around here, but it drowned under the avalanche of weird names.
"And since you so wished it..."
Rada said, and then she was just quiet. Well, mostly quiet. She did speak to the bartender and other customers in Russian occasionally, and seemingly enjoyed her drinks since she let out a content exhale now and then after downing a shot. Rather, it pained Rada occasionally how indifferently Zienna just drank shot after shot, without savouring the taste at all. So after a while of not speaking to the woman Rada gestured the bartender over, and told him to serve Zienna a shot of their best blackberry vodka instead of straight vodka. Rada wanted to see if the change in taste would affect the woman at all.

There was a little bit of relief when the prospect of the rest of the night remaining quiet presented itself. And while Rada didn't change seats, she did refrain from talking directly to Zienna. She appreciated that. At least for a while she'll be left with her own thoughts as she downed one shot after another, passively dwindling away the seconds before everyone needed to be out of the bar. As she took a sip of her latest drink, she noticed the difference in taste. Was this the 'specialty' again? Looking at the drink, it didn't look like it. And the strength wasn't that far off from the last. It just tasted a little bit sweeter, and had a nice scent added to it. Did they run out of the usual stuff? Or maybe they were giving her something more expensive hoping she wouldn't notice? Whatever it was, it wouldn't be too damning for her wallet. She drank at the same pace, yet the flavor lasted longer on her tongue.

Ooh, Zienna did notice the change in taste. So she wasn't completely numb. Even though she still did seem to lack appreciation for good alcohol at least she took time to make note of the change in taste. Rada told the bartender in Russian to put Zienna's drink just now on her tab. Rada grinned, she got an idea to play with Zienna a bit without even having to talk to her. Rada spoke to the bartender again, still in Russian, and there was still a playful and a bit drunk smile on her face.
"Give her whatever vodkas we have with the same price as straight vodka. I'll tell you in which order."
It was time to play "Which vodka earns the biggest reaction" game~

The first vodka was strawberry, grown and produced in Russian soil. Rada let Zienna drink just one shot first, and discreetly watched the woman's reaction to it. Whether it would be like or dislike or just indifference.

With the convenience of yet another flavor, and Rada talking to the barkeeper beforehand, Zienna didn't have to know her language to figure out what she was doing. What was the purpose of mixing up the flavors? Just to see her reactions? Just to toy around with her? Was Roma's leaving some kind of beacon to her? As she drank a new flavor of vodka, she straightened up from her hunched posture and sighed, and faced Rada. And with a quiet voice, she said, "Okay. I don't know what you're trying to get out of me. And I don't know if I sent you a misinterpreted signal, but fine. I'll bite before I'm going to say something I can't take back because I already have too much on my mind. "So what is it. Why the interest? Why all this effort? Because I'm hoping this isn't just to pull me further down."

The game didn't even get started properly, since Zienna figured out what Rada was doing very quickly and turned to face her. Well, Rada wasn't surprised, she was too drunk to try and hide her intentions properly. And what Zienna said next was understandable, Rada was being annoying and a busybody. And after Zienna was done speaking Rada looked thoughtful, since she had to consider her motives. When Rada finally answered the began with a grin.
"Well, first of all, I hate doing what I'm told. Call it the brat or rebel in me."
But after that initial, rather juvenile answer Rada's face turned serious, and she leaned on the counter, putting her chin on her hand.

"I'm an empath, and for months now I've been seeing you throw alcohol into that pit of misery you have inside you, and it has had no effect. I don't know what happened to you and I'm not asking, but it was definitely hard, I can feel it. And because I felt it I became a busybody and helped you home and now I'm bugging you like this."
Rada explained, and she exhaled a bit and continued.
"I'm not trying to get you down or anything, I'm just, I dunno, trying to do something to make you feel something else than misery. If you want to stay in that pit forever, then fine, I will leave you alone and never talk to you again. But you know, we have some damn good vodkas here, that are worth savouring. You could start there, and later down the line maybe try and savour life again. Even if it tastes like shit sometimes."
Rada shrugged, and stood up. She looked down at Zienna and cracked half a smile before she started heading to the door, her babysitter following after her.
