Emilie crouched low and continued to watch the pair with such awe normally reserved for grand master pieces of the world that one would think she had seen just that. This was all so foreign to her that she wasn't sure what to make of it still. She couldn't understand their strange words of common tongue despite the doctors and scientists babbling them at her for hours, upon days at a time but those experiences were also followed up by complete isolation just to observe the effects it had on her.

Somewhere in the back of her mind a small explosion of pain erupted causing a dull headache to form at her temples. She held her position for a moment longer and gazed at the pair with blurry eyes before tucking tail, such as she had never done before, and crawled away. She had to get away before the pain engulfed her completely and the pleasant memory was tainted.

Mizuki was happy that the boy had finally acknowledged her presence. A smile is in her face while she continues to play with the boy. Everything that had happened in the situation is a first for her. She still has no idea on what took over her when she approached and talked to the boy. She decided to let it all go and focus on the event that is currently taking place.

Not wanting anyone to destroy the atmosphere, she put up a defensive sheet of ice with a two meter radius around them. That was the time she noticed a presence that had been with them for a long time now. She put her hoodie over her head and stood up slowly as to not scare the little boy with her. She raised her hand and a wall of ice appeared in front of the intruder so that she wouldn't be able to escape. She went infront of the boy and went into a protective stance.
