He shook his head. “I’m sorry if I made you believe you did something wrong. I’m difficult.” He looked at Henghai as he said this.

He turned back to the computer. Although he was slow, he was navigating ok. He tried typing something in, and was looking constantly between the keyboard and screen. But, he was progresssing.

He paused, looking down in front him. “Thank you. For dealing with me.” He was quiet, but definitely hearable. He then released a sigh.

Henghai shook his head. "You don't need to apologize. I didn't feel like I did anything wrong in the first place. I was simply surprised. You don't need to apologize."

He sighed. He did not expect for him to accidentally hurt a person's self-confidence when trying to help them. Henghai wanted to feel bad—he really did—but a small part of him enjoyed Eli's reaction. Now seemed like a good time to leave.

"Anyhow, is there anything else you need help with? I'll still be in the library for a little while longer if you need me."

Eli was slowly working on the computer. He was reading articles on how to use the internet and the computer. Again, slow but getting there.

He looked at Henghai and offered a smile. "Thank you. I think I should be good now." He genuinely sounded grateful. He paused then turned to Henghai. "I'm glad I'll be able to make some progress. Thank you, again." Eli once again thanked Henghai.

Henghai smiled and a gave a nod. "I'll see you around then." Then he left, a bit relieved to be finished with this.

Just as he said, he stayed in the library for a while longer, somewhat nearby the computers just in case Eli needed to find him. After about thirty minutes, he assumed Eli had everything under control, so he took his exit with a book he rented out in the meantime.
