Smiling he shook his head, "nah, it'll be worth the wait," he gently pulled her into his arms. "I'm lucky I met you," he said, meaning it, "thank you, for putting up with me."

The young werewolf kisses her again and smiled, "I love you," in truth, when they'd first started dating, he hadn't really known where it would go, but he fell for her. "So, no worries, were together, and that makes me happy."

He grinned brightly, not too long ago he was a playboy using sex and booze to cover his pain, now he was here, with one girl. One girl who'd won him over.

The weight of the choice seemed to lighten a bit when Alex reassured her that he was fine with waiting. Val smiled, and pulled her boyfriend in for a tight hug, a giggle escaping her. "Thank you, Alex."

This relationship thing was complicated. She was always told that it was a give and take deal, and so far, it seemed as though she was only taking. How was she going to give back to someone like Alex? He was so kind, understanding and made her feel a lot of things she never felt before.

Alex says that he was lucky to have met her, and she felt the same way about him. A lot of things changed when she had met him. She learned a lot, and it made her happy just being with someone.
