"well....um..." Ian didn't honestly want to say why he had left his other school, but she had told him why she was here, so he though it right to tell her. "Well, my friend and I got expelled from our last school." Ian looked at the floor. "A group of kids were really bothering us and..." Ian was about to mention another person when he decided not to mention her, "and we beat them up and ended up getting expelled because the fight was right in the principal's office." Ian continued to look at the floor.
