Shiro's ears would go down at the glaring. "Uh...hey Rowan," she'd say, waving at the bandaged boy. "Wait....who's Chi?....is that his girlfriend? Do we get to tease him?"

"Errands in a sushi restaurant?" he'd ask with a chuckle, "no, I just finished dinner." He'd glance between the two. "You guys dating?" he'd ask, in a slightly hushed voice. "Its cool if you are," he'd say, giving Lizzy a reassuring look.

He'd nod. "Yes she's my girlfriend, Lizzy teases us like hell."

Lizzy

"Well, I don't know! Maybe you were getting takeout or something!" She snapped at Rowan. She made a mental note to explain who Chi was later, but right now she was more focused on Rowan. "NO! We're not dating.. we're... Friends! Just friends!" Lizzy hastily lied.

Taking a deep breath. She stood up from the table, and began walking out of the restaurant. "You. And me. Outside, now." It wasn't a request, but a demand.

Once they were outside, she would glare at Rowan. On the outside she was seething, but inside, she was worried that Rowan would tell everyone. "Okay. Look. I don't what you think you saw. But you cannot tell anyone, okay?"

Rowan would follow Lizzy, leaving a very concerned Shiro behind. "Look, it's ok," he'd tell her, "I'm not going to tell anyone, you know me better than that." He'd sigh, adjusting the bandages on his right hand.

"Shiro seems cool and if it makes you happy then it's all good," he'd offer her and smile, giving her a quick hug. "Now, calm down and stop being so grumpy."

"Now, your 'friend' is waiting and actually looks kinda sad," he'd say motioning inside.

Lizzy

Lizzy stared at Rowan for a few seconds, trying to read him. "Wait, that's it?" She asked, surprised. "No teasing? No making fun of me for dating someone? I mean, I tease you non-stop about Chi, so it's not like I can blame you if you wanted to." Hell, she'd expected him to tease her.

Lizzy squirmed when Rowan gave her a hug. "Hey, stop it!" She huffed, quickly pulling away from him. "What would Chi think if she caught you doing that?" She asked with a smirk before giving a glance back inside towards Shiro, who looked pretty down.

"Oh, shit." She whispered to herself. Hopefully, Shiro wouldn't be too upset.

"Oh I'll definitely tease you, just not now," he'd say with a snicker. "Oh please, she knows me and you are basically siblings," he'd reach over and try to ruffle her hair with another snicker.

"Yeah you kinda yelled that you weren't dating her," he'd say with a thoughtful hum. "Go on, go talk to her, I'll text you later," he'd make a shooing motion at her.

"And Lizzy....you know I'm always around to talk right?" he'd ask, "about anything."

Lizzy

"Quit it! Hands off!" She yelled, angrily swatting at his hands. Of course, it had little effect, and only served to ruffle her hair more. "Ugh. Did you really have to do that? You know I hate that." She snapped at him, annoyed that he had messed with her hair. Something not even Shiro was allowed to do.

"Yeah, sure. Whatever." Lizzy said dismissively. Even if Rowan meant that she could talk to him about anything. She still wouldn't. He'd been through so much more then her, and she wasn't going to make her problems his problems too.

Looking at her reflection in the restaurant window, Lizzy tired her best to fix her hair. Eventually getting it to mostly the way it was before, though it was still a little ruffled. She'd take a moment to fix her outfit before looking at Rowan. "Alright, there. How do I look?"

He'd snicker. "You look fine, now go on," he'd motion to the restuarant. "A certain goth girl is waiting for you," he'd look in, noticing a few of the staff giving Shiro looks. "I'm gonna head out, I'll talk to you later Lizzy," with that he'd wave, a leave, making a mental note to poke her later.

Shiro was sitting there still, poking at her food with her chopsticks trying to ignore the looks she was being given. "You ok?" she'd ask Lizzy when she returned, a look of concern on her face.

Lizzy

"Fine. See you later." Lizzy said, before entering back into the restaurant, and slowly making her way back over towards Shiro. "I'm fine." She said, giving an glare at the people staring at them. "Don't these people have anything better to do than gawk?"

She'd watch Shiro pick at her food for a few seconds, before letting out a loud sigh. "Look. I'm sorry. I.. I overreacted." she said, sinking into herself. "Great going, now you've hurt Shiro too." Lizzy hissed under her breath to herself. Of course she hurt Shiro. She always hurt the people close to her.

"It's ok," reaching over she'd place her hand on hers. "I'm ok," she'd say with a smile. "We can take public stuff slowly, go at your pace," she'd give her hand a gentle squeeze.

"I'm sorry that I pushed you for a kiss," she'd say. "We can do that kinda stuff in private," she'd glance around the restaurant, "and don't pay the idiots working here no mind."

She'd smile. "Now eat up, let's enjoy out food," she'd giggle, "after that we can get ice cream to take back to my dorm."

Lizzy

Great. Now Shiro was apologizing to her after she had ruined everything. She didn't even react to the hand squeeze. "I... Ju.. Just stop it. Stop apologizing. This isn't your fault." Lizzy said with a sigh.

She blinked when Shiro offered to tone down the physical affection in public. "You.. Would do that?" Lizzy asked in surprise. "I'd.. I'd like that.. Buttt, we can still hold hands and kiss.. sometimes."

She'd pick at her food for a few moments before leaning over and giving Shiro a quick kiss on the cheek. "Ice cream sounds great." She said with a smirk, before taking a bite of her food. "And I'll make this up to you.. Somehow."
