Summer Rumors Investigation

Konpeitō Hatsu is on the prowl with a Yellow Flag. He's been investigating into people involved with the rumors, interviewing some people he believes may be connected, and sharing notes with others doing their own investigating.

Nebula Sprite is surfing the web with a Yellow Flag. With her connection to the internet, she has quick access to updates on the rumors and information on those involved. She's going to do some spy work and try to communicate with others involved in the investigation, with her small size and ability to connect with electronics helping her stay hidden.

Carmin Bennet - Yellow Flag
He's been sitting on benches, reading, while keeping an eye out for suspicious activity. He's mostly found around campus, not really venturing out into town.

Alby O'Hara - Red Flag
He's going around the island trying to meet random people and ask them various questions, including asking if they know what's up with the rumours. He's also checking out some of the sites where some of these events took place. He is not a careful dude and is also investigating any and every weird thing that he might see anywhere around the island.

Ronnie Thomson - Red Flag
Ronnie has been gathering information and following any sort of lead since being tasked by Carmin. He will be continiuing following leads and searching investigating each new rumor or potential rumor for any sort of pattern or hint. Ronnie is also going to track bad vibes these rumors are giving off. Plus he can literally hide anywhere in plain sight to follow the most dangerous places/ people.

Liliana is looking into the rumours with a Red Flag. She's been investigating - along with others on the school newspaper like Sazz - into people involved with the rumors, interviewing a few involved, looking for clues and trying to find ways in that the victims might be connected and why they were targetted. She hasn't said too much to others beyond those on the newspaper with her or in her close social circle.

Nix, unnerved by the rumours at the school, is taking up the red flag to investigate. Way too many shady things are happening and he wants to get to the bottom of it. Even some of his teachers are getting involved! If worse comes to worst, he has his fire magic that might help him out of a spat, but you can bet he's going to investigate anything suspicious. He's not exactly... subtle.. either. He'll probably be around school grounds, snooping and asking people if they've seen any of the classmates.

Aswan, herself disturbed by the Selkiris rumours, is raising the yellow flag in pursuit of the weird librarian. She can make herself invisible, so she'll have plenty of cover, and she can also float in the air to prevent being heard or seen. She'll mostly spend time in the library, setting up notes for her investigation and looking up how to conduct such an investigation - but she will follow Selkiris whenever she gets the chance.

Jazz Audron - Red Flag

Naturally, Jazz is pretty on edge about the weirdness that's been going on. As a generally very passive person it confuses her why someone would have started something up about her in particular, but more importantly she worries about how other people will be impacted going forward. As of now the only person affected that she's close to is Alma, so she'll have somewhat of a focus on figuring out that whole situation, as well as any other close friends going forward. She'll also be getting in contact with some of the on-island internet circles she's a part of to see if any if them might have pertinent information about what's going on as a whole.

Alexander Drakenhardt- Red Flag

Alex is still missing his gold and he's pissed. He's going to be going to these places he's supposedly been flaunting and questioning people who dealt with "him". At this point he doesn't even give half a crap about the rumors. This man wants his gold.


Sazz Deceleus- Red Flag

Sazz has been following these rumors pretty closely. Mostly those involving students, but it has since spread out to all of those involved. For his part, Sazz isn't going to be looking into the people the rumors revolve around, but instead the unnamed "victims" in them. Like Carmin's bug person, or the gut Alma Malivani maimed on World Star. He'll be checking social media, chatting people up, and likely collaborating with other investigators for this.

Tanzi Price - red flag

is more curious about how the rumors about her started than who's spreading them. She's been going around her workplace literally sniffing around for anything odd, especially around the trashcans. Investigating small places most people couldn't reach. And also finding any coworkers who would've taken her sick calls, seeing if any calls had actually been made, if any messages had been left, the times of the calls, and any details about these calls she can get like what she said and how she sounded. .
