Summer 2019 Rumor Mill

Rumor: Thabisa, that "girl lost in time" sure hangs out at the Strip a lot. All that's out there is sex, drugs, and gambling. None of which are particularly good life choices or coping mechanisms. She's especially been seen going in and out of a particular apartment complex that's sort of an open secret drug den.
Who's Hearing It?: Basically anyone who spends a halfway noticable amount of time in the Strip.

Rumor: Riley Keegan, or Andrasta as she's been insisting she be called lately, is back at it again. Between yelling obscene names at police officers on patrol to defacing the offices of Theia Modeling Agency with spray paint, it seems she's back to being the angry little anti-Capitalist she was when she first arrived. Who knows how long before she just blows up another building?
Who's Hearing It?: Since the news coverage of Malara Tor laughing about the spray paint and saying she isn't planning on pursuing it, the word will be getting around pretty fast. Also any police officers are more than aware of her recent verbal abuse towards their co-workers.

NewRumor: Selkiris, the weird librarian in the hooded robe, has been irritating and scaring people around the city. He's been popping into places he definitely shouldn't be, including peoples bedrooms and behind the clerk desks at the bank. Supposedly he takes notes in his journal thing and then disappears, ignoring protests of his being there.
Who's Hearing It?: Lots of people, but it's scattered. Up to each person to decide if they've heard it or not.

Rumor: Konpeitō Hatsu seems like a pretty cool guy, yeah? He's made that awesome welcome society thing. But I hear there's an ulterior motive to it. At times he's been really pushy with new members and potential members, and one guy even said he asked him if he could have some of his blood or skin. Wouldn't say why he wanted it. Freaky though, right?
Who's Hearing It?: Kon is pretty active around the community, so this one is spreading pretty fast. Basically everyone's heard it at this point.
