Crime is a fact of life on Manta Carlos, and the Manta Carlos Police Department would love to know all about that. If you have a character committing a crime, becoming the victim of a crime, or even just witnessing it, we encourage you to post here and officially log it.

Type of Crime: A plethora, but best summarized as varying forms of child abuse
Reporter: Aisha Splendens
What Actually Happened: Concerned for their missing leader, the cheer squad sent out a report noting Aisha's absence. The school received the report and decided to contact the police in order to perform a welfare check. The police found the Splendens household, and after a fierce back and forth exchange with the parents, they were able to get in contact with Aisha. Within a private conversation, she revealed what they have been doing to her since regaining custody, and she was immediately taken to the hospital after filing a report. The parents were promptly arrested and the rest of the kids brought into the school's custody.

Type of Crime: Stalking
Reporter: Roldan Drakenhardt
What Actually Happened: Roldan Drakenhardt was anonymously mailed candid photographs of his significant other, Celeste Forestier. Not long after Celeste was sent anonymous flowers. No suspects yet.

Type of Crime: Suicide
Reporter: Liliana, and School Officials acting on her behalf
What Actually Happened: Tril killed themself in a desperate attempt to go home. Liliana witnessed it but was unable to stop it. The school knows and eventually word will be out among the students and staff.

Reporter: Alexander Drakenhardt
What Actually Happened: Upon hearing some rather unflattering and very untrue rumors Alex checked his hoard of gold and hoo boy. There's some missing, and it's not like that stuff moves on its own.

Type of Crime: Defacement/damage of public property, disturbing the peace, and general misuse of powers
Reporter: School officials at Starlight Academy
What Actually Happened: Evie Everson used her gravity reversal powers to destroy several installations around the school, including the fountain on the courtyard.

What Actually Happened: Alma Malivani attacked and bit the neck of a Citizens against Evil protester who hurled some unsavory remarks at her.

Type of Crime: escaping police custody
Reporter: NPC Police officer
What Actually Happened: Alma Malivani, who had been in her cell after being arrested for aggravated assault, seemingly vanished from police custody not long afterward. She was found at her home with her mother, and was promptly brought back in. She is currently being held in a secure cell with a human capability charm locked on her.
