Not sure what exactly you're looking for (and a lot of my chars look unusual) but I have three that might be interesting.
Miraj- would definitely stand out being large, blue skinned, and 4 armed. He's also a college teacher so it's likely Apollo could've come across him.
Tam - gets into a lot of interesting situations and some of their abilities tend to be noticeable. Plus their demon form looks like a 5 winged dragon.
Cikňi - is probably the most normal looking of the bunch, but he does have a tail. And turns into a wereweasel when he's too scared. He's also closer to Apollo's age and doesn't know what he is except a "weird werewolf".
