Steven has developed a method of enhancing mundane compound via alchemy. Rather the creating potions or elixirs, Steven enhances certain properties of substance to fix his uses. These compound can only achieve heightened effect of substances that they are made from, and cannot create effects that wouldn't naturally be possible without some form of magic or super tech. Using this ability takes time and preparation, and Steven might only have a few substances available at a time.
