Steven is at first glance, tall and slim. He is neither overly muscled but is not lacking in tone in his legs and arms. His skin is pale, from usually wearing clothes that cover the skin, which has left his hands and face slightly darker then the rest of him. Steven's face is angular with high cheek bones, normally covered by to purposefully hanging bangs of hair, while the rest of the reddish brown mass is tied at the back of his neck in to a ponytail. His ponytails hangs over a foot down his back, fanning out due to his hairs frizzy nature. His nose is slightly pointier then most and travels up in a narrow bridge to his piecing blue eyes.
Other: White Rose tattoo on inner left forearm. Red rose tattoo on right shoulder blade, large diagonal scar through shoulder tattoo down to lower back.
Clothing
Steven usual attire hides his slim nature and pale skin. Loose fitting black jeans, with an odd addition of padded knee sections. A black light-weight shortsleeved button up shirt with a blue flame motif. A light brown leather jacket, with more pockets then most could think of using. However while this is what he normally wears, Steven will sometimes tidy up his appearance. Switching the jeans and shirt from more formal wear, but still black in colour. At school, while Steven will wear his uniform he will push the boundaries on what he can get away with. As he finds uniforms a stifling concept.
Mental Information
Normal Personality
Steven is a reserved and kind man, with a sense of justice that in the past has gotten him into trouble. If he see someone in harms way with no way to protect themselves he will try to assist. Steven tries to remain calm at almost all times, and try to look past the ugliness in the world to the beauty beyond. This makes him a lover of natural spaces, and places with peaceful atmospheres. With friends Steven will often gladly laugh and joke like any normal teenagers, a playful insult here and there but nothing mean spirited. He will default to the position of respect and politeness to those he meets, until either they become friends and he can act more at ease, or they do something so out of line with his moral code that he can no longer do so. While peaceful at most times, Steven has a killer of a temper when sparked, and while enraged will normally be willing to over step bounds that he would denounce in other people (See Beserkergang).
Beserkergang Personality
Steven normal personality is effected by the use of his powers. Which he dubbed the beserkergang personality. While this personality is at heart still Steven, the effect of his powers has him act in ways the contradict his normal self. While using his powers of fire, Steven is more prone to violence and angry, be it his normal righteous indignation or just feeling vindictive. While using his ice based powers, he is considered even more cool then his normal calm self, to the point of a lack of care for himself or others. These two effects combined mean that if over using his powers, Steven is uncontrolled and reckless and if the right buttons are pressed at this time, possibly dangerous.
Powers
Active - Elemental Generation/Manipulation (Fire): Steven is capable of creating and manipulating a small amount of fire, he does this by forming the flaming in or around his hands, after which it can be used while on his hand, or hurled like an object of flame, of an average size equal to a baseball. These flames are hot enough to cause damage and harm, but are not life threatening except under prolonged exposure. While Steven is capable of manipulating fire he creates, he is not able to do so for flame he did not create, nor is he resistance to their effect except his own. Even other fires started by his own fire are capable of doing him harm.
Active - Elemental Generation/Manipulation (Ice): Steven is capable of creating and manipulating a small amount of ice, he does this by forming the ice in or around his hands, after which it can be used while on his hand, or hurled like an small javelin or ray of ice. This ice cold enough to cause damage and harm, but are not life threatening except under prolonged exposure. While Steven is capable of manipulating ice he creates, he is not able to do so for ice he did not create, nor is he resistance to their effect except his own. Icy area created by his powers, are just as prone to cause him to lose balance once created.
Passive - Besekergang's Prowess/Malediction: Steven suffers from negative mental changes when he overuses his powers of ice and fire. While using his fire powers, he is effected in a way that increases his hostile emotions making him prone to anger or violence without his own control, however this leads to a heavy increase of adrenaline in his system and an increase to physical capabilities. While using his ice powers, he is effected in a way that decreases his empathy and tend to make his uncaring and unfeeling of others, however this shutting down of his emotions removes distract from his mind and allows him to think more clearly and process information at a faster rate. If both powers are over used, eventually Steven loses all semblance of control over his actions and is hyper aggressive yet still capable of impressive thinking even in his rage.
Biography
Born to Simon Rosett and Sarah Rosett (nee White), Steven early years were spent in the country of his birth England. However due to his fathers profession as a businessman, the family ended up moving to the state while Steven was still young. His early years were mostly spent with his mother, who would see to that he got answers to anything he asked. Even in topic that most parents would prefer to wait until the child is older age. It was in these early years, that Steven got his love of learning and reading which stay with him today, but things don't remain good forever.
As Steven got older, his father started to take more of an interest in him. Seeing him as the heir to his business, but Steven came to find the methods of his father stifling. Boxing lesson for self protection, constant lesson in finance and other subject that didn't appeal to the young creative man. Along with a strict moral of code, don't lie, don't steal, do what is right and most of all respect authority. These would latter lay the foundation of the falling out between Steven and his father.
Having been sent to a public school for the first time, during a time when his father business was extremely busy. Steven came face to face with issues in the system. Bullying and the like that he saw was not just ignored, but in some ways encouraged by the teachers of the school itself, discrimination of an older generation being allowed to fetter in the hearts of other youths. It was during this time, after seeing the school headmaster blatantly ignore the treatment of some of the students in this way, that Steven angry and sense of what was right boiled over. Resulting in Steven attacking the man in angry, and subsequently being both dispelled from the school and disowned by his father.
After being disowned, at around the age of 16. Steven left his current home in the state of Connecticut, and ended up in New York city. Learning to get by on the streets, picking up how to truly fight not box for sport. Eventually though Steven was pulled up, and assisted by his cousin James White. Who's mother had begged to find him and help him, after seeing how hurt Steven's own mother was. For a time things were good once more, Steven was enrolled into a new school in the city and made friends.
After around a year though, there was an increase in violence around the age of him and his peers. A gang that formed from a few discriminated supernaturals, that had slipped through the cracks and had been using there power to hurt and exploit others. This finally came to ahead, when Steven and a few other like minded students not wanting the gang encroaching and harming the school, figured they would try and expose them.
Their action though had not gone unnoticed, and the leader of the gang with others present ambushed Steven and he was seriously harmed. However fighting back as best he could for his life, angry and disdain for his attackers filling his mind. Steven's Meta-Human nature manifested for the first time it ever had. Which allowed Steven to harm a few of his attackers. The final result being, that the members of the gang as well as Steven were expelled as trouble markers and unnatural.
Recovering in a hospital bed, expenses paid for by his cousin. It was then that the letter arrived. Not seeing any option, having just been expelled from another normal school. Steven packed up his things, those few he had and waited, hoping that the life ahead of him was going to be better then it had been so far.
