Stony white skin brushed away the few strands of hair that was falling in the vampire's face. Her eyes glowed red in the moon's light as it made its way in the starless sky. Hard traits flashed against the chalk colored skin. Her bony hands clutched tightly the reins of her black stallion. The creature she was sitting upon was a wreck of anticipating energy.
-Calm down beast... It will not be for toning...- the vampire said in a more than chilling voice.
The "beast" as she had called it snorted in frustration... The female vampire laughed a bit...
-Patience my friend... patience.-the woman whispered.
Her hand went out and patted the horse's neck. An evil smirk graced her lips as her glowing eyes looked through the lands around her. THoughts ran through her dark haired head as she let her gaze wander. The night was as clear as it could get without stars, but for her, it was as light as a day without a single cloud. Urging her stallion foreward, advancing upon land at a great speed.

Leara leaned against a tree, the hood of her cloak over her head. This place wasn't scary at all... the girl had been there all day, and had yet to see anything out of the ordinary. She rolled her eyes, and began walking. Lately, it seemed like she hadn't been wearing her necklace at all, which really wasn't bothering her now.

Hoof beats. The twelve-year-old turned around to see a woman riding a black horse. She raised and eye brow, and stood behind a tree, watching the woman without blinking or turning away.

A scent filled her nose as she approached a group of trees. It was emanating from a child. Turning her glowing red eyes to theside, she saw a girl half hidden behind a tree. Oh fun... another one that I will have to save... she sighed mentally.
-Show yourself girl for I wish no harm to you.-she said in the gentlest voice she could muster, which wasn't much.
It rang throughout the silent air, chilling the beasts that could have been around. She smirked lightly, as thoughts including blood ran in her head.

She smiled as gently as she could... well, without showing her fangs that is...

She tug sharply at her horse's reins as he was trying to go nearer the little girl. She hissed something to it in an irritated tone before softening her glare and returning it to the girl.

-Maybe that is because not many come in the daylight...- she said.
She cocked her head to the side and her black eyes caught the moon's light and reflected it in a light red glow.
-You'd be surprised of how many lurks when the sun is down and the moon rising...-
She smilled quite evilly to the still oblivious girl...

Leara raised an eye brow as the girls eyes became red in the moon light. But she had seen stranger things at this school... so she thought nothing of it, and went back to the conversation.

"Yes, well.... I think I would have seen something in here by now, since it's night... but as I said before, I haven't yet..."

Leara looked closely at the woman. She blinked for a moment, her eyes widening. Uh-oh....

"Um... well... you're not human... um.... heh heh... see ya later..." Leara gave a slight wave, turned invisible, and began to run as fast as she could in the direction of the school... it was this way, right? Or was it the other way? She wasn't completely sure now, all she knew was that she had to get away from this place as soon as she could.

I'm an idiot... a complete idiot... should have worn my necklace, but noooooooo, I had to go and leave it off! Then I had to come here and break the rules... God, if I ever make it out of here, I'll never break the rules again...
