Someone friendly

Leara noticed that Srydon looked confused. It's probably about my necklace... she thought to herself. She quickly decided not to explain anything.

She nodded. "There's not much to do at the school either... boredum sinks in very quickly around here..." She sighed, and sat on a rock. She looked at the ground, and began to hum 'My Immortal' by Evanescence, forgetting the other two were there.

Gerard smiled broadly. "It would still be cool" he said. He fell over and layed on the ground just staring up at the sky. "What's it like to fly?" he asked. He appered as deep in thought as he stared up at the sky.

"You are right there."Streak and Marine(In her dragon form)appeared from behind a large boulder.Marine looked at Leara,then at Srydon"Hello!"she said."I'm Marine and this is Streak.And you are?"Streak growled"Salover'oknor"which ment in the language of the Dragons"Hello,my friend."

Leara looked at Gerard, and stood up from her rock. She flew over to him, and did a spin in the air, just to show off.

"You really wanna know what's like to fly? Then here, take me han—"

She stopped in her sentence, and looked at the two other dragons that had just appeared. She knew the name Marine... she was another student at the academy. Streak, however, must have been a real dragon, because she knew for a fact that that wasn't the name of a student.

She landed on the ground, looking at them. She stood still, just staring.

"Salover'oknor."

Leara had never heard that before, and figured that dragons had a language of their own. It wasn't that unbelievable, she just hadn't known that before.

Once again, her necklace glowed, and she could just imagine how worried Zira and Seth were. However, she tapped it, and could only hope that her guardians wouldn't come without warning.

She turned her attention to Gerard, then to Srydon, then to Marine and Streak, still staying silent.

"Hi!I'm Marine!And you are?"Marine looked from Gerard to Srydron,to Leara.She noded to Gerard."Hello there!"She turned to face Srydron"Hunard Du'wevenard? Salover'oknor!Shian dhu hrued heras quland sehera selitag?!"She had ment to say"How are you today?What is your name?Why are you probing my mind?!But it all came out in dragons tounge.Streak felt it to and said"Whore sdor sert jout sarted wasderon sojer theck minolote?"Which ment:Why should we let a stranger probe our minds without probing his?Streak quickly dug into Srydons mind."All done"she thought to Marine.

"Huh?" Leara asked out loud without thinking. She hadn't understood a word either of them just said, and felt quite confused.

"What did you say?" she asked again. "Some people, like us two humans down here, can't understand a word you're saying!"
