After seeing Dalia in the hospital, there was really only one logical explanation as to the culprit. Well, at least on the surface. On one hand Aedes definitely had the means to drain a person like that. He'd outright admit he didn't care about Dalia in any normal way anymore. The simple fact of the matter was she was his and someone stole a piece of their friendship from him. It was that possessiveness that was keeping any semblance of a connection between them. And so Orsick went, by rooftop, people generally didn't look up, and thanks to him practicing his abilities, he couldn't be heard or smelled. Which was perfect for tracking prey.

This type of thing couldn't be done on campus, so he was following Aedes home. He'd catch her in an alley and (probably) scare some answers out of her. He'd glide across streets with his wings. Then when she finally slipped into an alley, he'd pounce. She wouldn't hear the noise from him landing.

"Finally caught you," he said to catch her attention. There was nearly a growl to his tone as the young dragon began to close the gap between them. "I've got some questions for you Aedes."

Aedes was none the wiser to being watched as she was on her way home. In fact she was oblivious to anything that wasn't directly in front of her as she was focused on what was on the screen of her phone. As she turned into an empty alleyway, which was her usual shortcut home, there was suddenly voice rasping down on her

"Gha the shit!" cursed Aedes as she disassembles into cloud of swarming mosquitoes before she quickly reforms a few feet away from the black shape. As she reforms in her demonic/insect-like form, she takes on fighting stance stolen off cheesy martial arts movie seems ready to fight back "I will fucking end you- ... wait..."

It was upon the realization that it was black dragon, she put two and two together and started to ease up a bit.

"Oh... its just you. Thought you were one of my- you know what? Never mind. Alright so you "caught" me for whatever reason. Now that you had your laugh would you kindly move aside? Endrit gits all uppity when I come home late." groaned Aedes as she shoos him away with flick of her wrist. She really didn't have time for whatever shenanigans this kid was playing at.

It was almost satisfying catching her off balance like this, but the still had some business with the parasite. He took a couple steps closer, his body language would make it pretty clear she wasn't going anywhere. God help her if she tried though, part of him sort of hoped she would.

"No one's laughing, Aedes," he replied in a cold, vaguely threatening tone. How to go about this though...

Well the best way to get answers was to just ask questions right? Yeah, he'd just start asking. "Did you hear about what happened with Dalia?"

Oh he sounded pissed. Not pissed enough to burn her into ciders but she did not want to stick around to find out when that might be. Slowly she backed away from the young dragon, watching him closely a sudden move or a moment's relaxation.

"Huh... Dalia? No... can't say I have. All I know is that she didn't show up to cheer practice and that was it. You think I keep tabs on her at all times or something?" answered Aedes. Though she may not have know what was up with Dalia, she figured it must have been bad for her dragon friend to start threatening in alleyway.

"What is up with Dalia anyway? Did she kill herself or something?" rudely inquired Aedes, for it was news to her that something was going on with Dalia. Something big enough to have her dragon boyfriend get all huffy with her for no reason.

Aedes was definitely looking for a way out. That was fine, she it wasn't like she'd get far or anything. Her first answer was almost reasonable, but the way she asked that second question. He thought about outright punching her for that one. He had a better idea.

"Aedes, my shadows cause pain, and don't leave marks watch what you fucking say," he'd just let the dark energy radiate from his body. "They found her drained of blood, said it looked like a bug did it. You're the only one I know who could pull something like that. I don't think you're smart or strong enough to do something like that on your own, but we both know you've got enough motive. And don't bother running, there's nowhere you can hide that I can't find you. Nowhere I can't get into. I have your scent. I know where you hang out. So I'd cut the quips and start spilling, because I'm not in the fucking mood."

There was one thought that was running through her head: OH FUCK! She had nothing to due on the attack on Dalia but no matter how she may argue her innocence all evidence would point to her being the smoking gun! And knowing Orsick's character, he was taking this way to seriously for this all to be part of an elaborate hoax.

"W-whoa whoa WHOA!I had had nothing to due with this! I didn't know any of this I swear!" pleaded Aedes, trying to weasel her way out upon realizing how messed up of position she was in. The creeping shadows horrified her for the the darkness that was her usual ally had now turned against her.

"L-look! I know this all seems to point to me but I am being framed! Like... if I was the one who would have done it, do you think I would actually be this sloppy to have all this evidence point to me? I might not be strong sure but I am not retarded to incriminate myself." tried to argue Aedes. It was the only logical explanation in her mind, it was the sort of scumbag plot she would had employed herself if she wanted murder someone and misdirect the investigators. Aedes had enemies herself but who out of all the little bastards out there would have had the brawn to take out Dalia but the brains to make her look like the guilty one? Though several of siblings came to mind, there was one other person whom would totally throw her under the bus like this and the thought of it made her blood BOIL.

"... that FUCKING bitch set me up!"

That fucking bitch? What fucking bitch? Orsick narrowed his eyes and took a step closer to Aedes. In the back of his mind, Orsick didn't rule out this possibility as well. Aedes was all over social media all the time. Her furious protests were either a really good act, or legit. Plus there was that hint of panic. He had to think of this stuff like it was a big puzzle. Nothing about the mosquito's tone sounded like it was trying to be deceptive. Aside from that, did Aedes really have enough restraint to stop feeding on a person? The boy had his doubts.

"Well, for right now I believe you. Now tell me everything, calmly. If you were set up, then wouldn't you want payback? My best friend's been suffering for weeks now because of this person. I know I want payback. That's why I came to you. We've got a mutual enemy..."

One one hand, it was good that Orsick believed her. On the other hand that FUCKING BITCH! What gall she had to make her look like the perpetrator of Dalia's attack. Even if she did git vindicated by the police, people are obviously going to think she was somehow directly involved. She needed to get her name cleared and get some payback too.

"Oh you bet I want some payback. Thought she could double cross me?" angrily huffed Aedes before calming down somewhat. While far from friends, she and Orsick where at least united in getting back at the woman... but too bad too much information about this lady. She knew that she was being secretive, something she found admirable... at least until she threw her under the bus. But that is going to be her biggest mistake.

"Alright, I'm going to tell you all I know but its not much to really go on. A few months back got some messages outside my window, telling about together we could totally get back at Dalia. These notes looked almost like something a kid would scrawl and was signed only as A. So went to go meet this A in forest while it was night to have a chat, fully expecting it to this Argenta girl that I heard Dalia had issues with. But no, instead I was greeted with this silver haired, crimson-eyed broad instead. She sort of reminded me of older version of myself... if a little less pretty. Now I don't know what this lady's issue with Dalia is exactly but I get the impression that she really didn't like her."

Aedes paused for moment, recollecting the details of that night. It was way way WAY back but this A did leave a good impression on her. She almost respected in a way.

"So we talked, I told her about she could really get under Dalia's skin by getting at her friends and gave me a few ideas as well. She was coming up with some grandiose plan against Dalia while I was try to sow some discord between you guys. Make Dalia feel alone even among friends." Aedes then looks over to Orsick with a leery gaze and states "Well obviously I didn't bother trying anything with you because you would have not believed my bullshit. Nor that bookish sister of hers whom... ugh... gives me the creeps.

Aedes then curled her lip into snear as she then recounts to Orsick.

"That stuttering snake friend of yours? Ehh... may have said a thing or two to her but nothing really of it. We kept in touch on the phone for awhile after that but eventually she stopped answering back. Maybe she got all that she needed at that point or maybe she became dissatisfied with my lack progress. Eventually I just stopped caring about Dalia all together and forgot the whole thing. Figured if there was going to be some big reveal I would eventually hear of it."

This was one of those moments. No one had really seen Orsick actually truly angry. Not like this, not the kind of rage you got when you know someone is breaking and stealing your friends... your things. His fingers had shifted to claws, and he was radiating a larger amount of darkness. And his face, his face had scale slowly inching up it, his teeth were sharpening. Oh, yeah he was passed pissed off.

"I need a name, but let me guess she didn't give one. I'll let you off the hook because you obviously sucked at making any headway for her," his voice was raspy, more of a hiss with a growling undertone than anything else. "That fucking bitch..."

"H-hey it didn't seem all that i-important at the time to know her by first name basis okey!?" sputtered Aedes as she raises her arms in surrender. She thought she had seen the dragon pissed but no, what she was beyond pissed. Practically a fuming volcano. But as angry as this dragon was, he at least didn't rain it down on her.

"Like I said ealier, not much to go by but you can least thank me for giving you an outlet to direct your anger at."
