Private Finished Slumber Party 101

Katie

The kiss, for Katie at least, was bliss. She went as deep as she could, matching Vespas motions. But all good things end, and so the kiss had to as well. As they broke apart, Katie closed her eyes and smiled, before pulling Vespa in to a close hug. "That was fun!" she giggled, "We have to do it again at some point! Okay?"

With that, Katie released the hug, only to then snuggle up next to Vespa. She could hardly believe this was happening. She'd only just met Vespa, and now they were kissing. Still, Katie wasn't one to complain, and it seemed they both enjoyed it.

"Hey Vespa?" Katie cooed, after a moment "Do.. do you wanna try dating?"

Katies eyes went wide as Vespa spoke. She either didn't know, or didn't feel the same way. Either way, Vespa probably wasn't going to date her. Likely, she thought of them as friends. Nothing more. And with that Katie squeezed her eyes shut, and curled herself up into a ball.

"I..I thought.. when we.. sorry.." she whimpered, her voice barely above a hushed whisper.

However, when Vespa spoke again it was too.. Give Katie reasons why she shouldn't date her? That threw Katie for a loop. If Vespa didn't feel the same way, why would she not just come out and say it?

Finally, Katie spoke again, her voice still hushed, but this time with a little bit of hope. "I.. I don.. don't care." she said, before adding"It.. it doesn't have to be right now, if you don't want to.." Finally, she looked up at Vespa, "But maybe at some point?"

Katie gave a wide eyed look at Vespa. She hadn't say yes, but she hadn't said no either. In fact, Katie wasn't sure what Vespa was trying to say. But, she could tell that her friend needed her.

"You.. we.. we kissed. And.. I enjoyed it.. And.." She said, her voice shaky and unsure of where to go next. Why couldn't this just be easy? Tonight has been a lot of fun.. and I want to do it again.. with you." She finally said. After all, they'd painted each others nails, watched a movie, played truth or dare. And to top it all off, they'd kissed. And Katie had loved every second of it. Sure Vespa was her polar opposite, but that's what made it fun.

"what if I'm just bad for you?"

With that, Katie's eyes went wide in terror, Vespa didn't think she was bad for her, right? Katie immediately began trying to reassure her. "Nononono... Vespa.. don't.. don't say stuff like that, you're fine. I'm sure you're not bad for me." Katie said, trying to sound confident, but her voice starting to break. Taking in a deep breath, she grabbed Vespas hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze. Hoping that would make things better.

No sooner had the words left Vespas mouth, then Katie scrambled off the bed, hastily grabbing her stuff, though leaving the nail-polish behind in her haste. Her feelings from a few minutes ago were completely forgotten. Right now she was going on instinct, and her instincts told her to run.

Finally, Katie made it out of Vespas dorm, and down the hall, before casting a glance back towards Vespas dorm and mouthing a "sorry" before setting off towards her own dorm, the tears already starting to fall.

She still cared for Vespa, they were still friends. Katie just needed time to process everything. Finally getting into her room, and locking the door, she finally began to sob as the full weight of what had happened hit her.

She'd just run out on her friend, she'd been trying to get Vespa to open up, and the moment she did she'd run away. This was about the worst way this could have gone. And it was all Katies fault. She had to find a way to make this right. She would make this right, eventually.
