He was too oblivious too see the expression of another trying to hold back tears. Valentine peered at her and squeezed her hand back, lifting her up from the leaves. The eighteen-year-old’s bottom was a bit muddy, but he hadn’t really cared. He looked up, letting go of her. “Promise me tomorrow you won’t get too lonely.” He smirked, trying not to make things so romantic once more. “I’ll try also. I mean, really, if we only have each other in this world, how will we survive not being in each other’s presence twenty four seven.” Valentine sighed, his somewhat baggy crimson shirt drifting in the breeze. The eighteen year old smelled the wind and all that was past, being carried by them.

She smiled then her smile turned to a smirk. "I think I can handle... It's you I'm worried about." She said with a light smirk touching his arm lightly with her hand, her hair blowing gently in the breeze. She smiled looking at him. "I think you can handle without me, but if not I have really good hearing so don't worry." She said with a chuckle.

Valentine looked down at his pocked and smiled at the different forms that the glass rose was taking. His powers were going very odd ever since he fell in love. He shrugged, and continued, it wasn’t hurting yet.

Walking on the crunching ground, his eyes looked towards her occasionally. Marriage…sheesh…what shall happen? The feeling of the wind was so settling, yet so unsettling, warming his heart yet making his body shiver from fear.

She never knew she could feel so odd inside, the warmeth and happiness mixing with the cool breeze made her a bit frightened of the unknown future. But now she knew that Valentine truly cared, she trusted him and was sure he wouldn't intentionally hurt her. As for marriage it scared her because of the memories of her father. She forced herself to not let her past wreck her future. She wanted happiness and she wasn't going to give up on her dream. especially because of her past.

Continuing, the breeze had turned to a rough wind, carrying a flurry of leaves in its path. Valentine gritted his teeth some. It was starting to get cold. He only wished he had the power of fire...then again...it wouldn't work.

"Well, today was a bad time to leave that shirt behind..." Valentine smiled, knowing that she had the shirt. "But whatever. Anyways, I guess that's my first gift to ya." Seeing the road towards the city off campus and the road by the lounge, the eighteen-year-old was at a halt and then continued a second later to the school.

She smiled smirking lightly. "I could just hold you the whole way. I wouldn't want people to say I don't take good care of the people I love, especially you. Besides if I gave you, your shirt back and something happened to you. I'd never be able to smell the way you smell or have something to hold onto." She smiled lightly.

"I highly doubt you want me to hold you as we walk, so should we race? I promise I won't leave you in the dust." She said with a light smirk. She wondered how he was feeling after the fight they had with the vampire days before. She never got to ask again, she wondered if he had any bruises or injuries.

He then smiled, never having thought of the vampires. Valentine crouched, though he did feel somewhat inferior to vampires, he had not cared. Some day he would be able to protect the ones the teenager loves with his powers.

"On your mark...get set..."
he smirked, wondering when she would go and if he should just tackle her and hug her there. "...go!" Bounding Valentine's legs pumped going all out on this race, well, if we kept going at the whole romantic thing I would be a hypocrite.

His eyes looked towards the school, which was only some odd yards away. The wind bit at his arms, legs, and cheeks as Valentine continued.

Kelena smirked she ran at him it seemed like she was attacking but then her arm came out. She was going to.... pick him up and carry him to the lounge? She couldn't help but chuckle. She too had felt the cold air bitting her legs but she could reach the lounge much sooner meaning that, he wouldn't have a chance to catch cold. She was going to pick him up in one arm and run towards the school in super speed. The cold air wouldn't be able to keep up with the speed either.

She wondered if he'd be embarassed, but she didn't want the mushiness to go on and on and on and on. Not that she didn't like it, it was just odd having people staring out of the dorms at them sighing and making googly eyes.

Valentine raised his eyebrow, taking both of the eighteen-year-old's hands and placing them on her one arm. Knowing that she had super strength he vaulted off her arm and landed with his legs bent on the ground. "What were ya doing? Though we were racing."

Valentine shrugged, his whole body still bent on the ground. "Why not we just walk, I mean now it is only a couple feet away." The boy wasn't mad, he just was not used to being picked up like that, especially by his girlfriend. It was so odd...his girlfriend....

She chuckled... "Well it did get you closer to the door quicker and you didn't think about the cold now did you?" She said with a playful smile. She bent down next to him. "You okay? You weren't supposed to jump, but I guess that's understandable." She smiled lightly kneeling next to him.

She looked at him. "Hey um... You know how um..." She lowered her head. "You mind if you help me train... sometime?" She asked him, she knew she wasn't a match for people with elemental or non-bodily attacks. She hadn't trained with anyone truly before. She wondered if he wouldn't mind helping her find counter attacks for those who could do attacks without straining their physical body.

"Sure. I won't go easy on you this time. I guess I can give you tips and you can give me tips on fighting." He wasn't overly excited about this, but he laughed internally at the people who would be thrown off by watching them.

They would definitely be interrupted once or twice. Turning the knob on the door, he opened it for her, this time remarking, "You first." It wasn't the most romantic thing, but then again, romantic wasn't his goal.

She smiled entering, she was glad it wasn't going to be all lovey dovey. She walked in the lounge, it was... empty. She was surprised, the lounge to be empty was like a rarity. She moved towards the tv and saw Pirates of the Caribbean was layed out. She looked at it confused, hearing a person in the dorms but that was it. She looked at Valentine confused. "Is something going on tonight? Did I miss a announcement?" She looked at the window confused.

She didn't understand why everyone just left suddenly, was it that they wanted to leave the couple alone? She wondered why, many thoughts entering her head. She looked at the announcement board in the lounge and nothing new was posted.

"Who cares. It isn't like they are stalking us or something. Anyways, since Pirates of the Carribean is right there, lets just watch it. Others can come in, it isn't like The Notebook." He picked up the movie and popped it in.

Walking backwards, the eighteen year old had falled backwards onto the couch. "Oh...forgot to turn off the lights. Can you do it?"
