Rae found him, a sheepish grin on her face. "Forgot it was you, Corona. Sorry." Though how she could have forgotten what with his wings and all was beyond her. But she still had.

He shrugged. Corona figured it made sense considering how he hadn't really done anything in a while. He turned to continue down the tunnel when a part of the floor he stepped on suddenly shifted and lowered. A loud "click" was heard.

"Huh." He lifted his foot and knelt down to observe what he had just done. It was just then a stream of fire shot out from the wall next to him, but due to his crouched position the fire passed right over him without harm. Not seeing anything unusual, he stood up and shrugged. "I guess it was nothing." He clearly didn't realize what could had just happened to him.

Rae stood in complete shock. "W-w-what just happened?" She questioned in a tiny voice. She took a step backwards and shook her head. "I'm not going over there."

Corona turned to Rae. "Oh? why not?" He began walking further into the tunnel, the stone on the floor resetting. "It's perfectly sa-" He suddenly stopped. Something... wasn't right. He waved his hand in front of him. Nothing strange. He gently placed his left foot on the floor and again nothing unusual. "..Safe. See?"

Suddenly several large rocks fell from the ceiling and smashed into him, causing him to fall over.

Rae rushed to his side, also missing the fire that burst out by mere inches. She quickly tossed the boulders away like they were feathers and picked his head up, putting it in her lap. "Corona?"

Rae smoothed out his feathers. "You're not fine, and you know it. So don't even attempt to get up yet." She didn't say out loud that part of the reason she didn't want him moving was because she didn't want him to set off any more traps. If first it was fire, and the next a bunch of boulders, then she could only imagine what ould happen next.

You better not be wrecking up my body!

He sat up and sighed. "No, really, I'm okay. Most of the boulders missed or grazed me. The ones that hit me didn't do any real damage. However, I have come to the conclusion that this is a very dangerous cave." As if that wasn't obvious enough already.

Rae rolled her eyes. "Oh, really? Huh! I hadn't noticed. Maybe the fire or rocks should have tipped me off." She stood.
