Sightless Wandering

"Um..maybe. I don't really know." He looked around. Neither the city nor the school was in sight. "But... isn't that the mountain range over there?" He pointed at the peaks. "This island isn't that big.. we just gotta follow the landmarks. I'm not entirely sure its possible to get lost out here. The mountains are on the other side of the city.. so we just gotta go opposite of them..right?"

"..what if it comes from behind?" Not that he minded leading. He started walking towards the direction he thought was the school right away. He just liked poking fun at her. "If it does it might sneak up on you and you'll be dead before either of us notice."

No, not really. The sun will be setting in a few hours.
And that has to do with..?
Well if I help you go back I might not be able to watch it..
So the plan is.. get us lost out here in the woods so you can watch the sunset?
That's a really good idea, actually! Hmm.. don't girls like sunsets too? It would be a great way to end your little date.

Hmm.. a dinner.. a movie.. a kiss.. sounds like a date to me. Or at least, from what I know about human relationships it is. Incidentally, you're about to walk right into that tree.

"Agh.." He rubbed his forehead. "Yeah..I'm okay. I guess I wasn't paying attention." He then realized he couldn't see very well. "Where are my glasses?" He saw them on the ground, and bent down to pick them up. "A little scratched.. but nothing serious.. good." He rubbed them on his shirt to clean them the best he could, then put them back on.

"Brain damage isn't as easy to get as you think it is. Unless I cheat and use my sword, of course." He smiled. "Now err.." He was a bit disoriented from walking into the tree. But found his place easily and continued walking in the direction he was before. "Here we go."
