Private Shopping Trip

Lizzy

Lizzy, for her part, had found one or two things she was going to buy. A skirt, and possibly a shirt. She was trying to keep the spending to a minimum to start, as they were definitely going to hit other stores. "Eh, I'm still looking." she sighed, before noticing Delas dilemma.

"Look, just go with which ever one speaks to you." Lizzy said, relating all too well to the struggle of not knowing what to buy."You're not gonna hurt my feelings if thats what you're worried about."

Noticing Chi run off to gods know where, Lizzy was about to give chase, but knew Dela would need her help, so she stuck by her friends side, though the fact that the group had all become so separated so quickly did put her on edge.

Hearing her friends all around the store, calling out to her with their finds was starting to make her head spin. She came fifty steps into the store, then Lizzy took her another twenty, then that would put her? How big was this store anyways? Her friends didn't sound far, but between the music and the whispers sounds started to blend together. What was wrong with her, she didn't freak out like this at school.

Lizzy spoke up beside her, and Delaney looked to her friend. Lizzy was next to her, Georgette was next to her. She was somewhere in the store, but her friends were with her and they will see her safely out.

"Well, if you say so." Delaney said, pushing a smile onto her face. "You got good taste, Liz but I think I'll get the dress Rowan picked. How much is it?" She was ready to get her dress and leave the store. Not that she'll let her friends know that. Delaney loved them, but she didn't need anyone to start babying her or asking how she felt. Her fingers curled in Georgette's fur one last time before she reached for Lizzy. "Let's go see how the others are doing."

"I've got my stuff." Lizzy said, as she took Delas hand and guiding her through the literal labyrinth that existed within the store. Luckily they were able to find Chi and Avram/Avi fairly easily.

"So everyone ready to pay, and get going? We still got other stores to visit." She said, giving a look around the group, and smirking at Avram/Avis choice. Chi no doubt had a part in that, and a look towards her confirmed it. Now, they just had to try to find Rowan.

Of course, that was far easier said than done, but eventually she spotted her bandaged comrade, though it did take a moment to grab his attention. "Everyone else is ready to go slowpoke." She said teasingly, "You got everything you need?"

"Skinny jeans are life, Avra." Delaney sing-songed as she and Lizzy approached the twins and Chi. "And they make you feel awesome." She would know, being the proud owner of black skinny jeans that she embroidered skulls on ages ago. Which reminded her, she'll have to introduce them to the fine art of sprucing up thrift store clothes. An ancient art passed down by the Lavoux children. But another day.

Delaney got and paid for her dress first. She had organized her wallet beforehand, and knew exactly what she had and in what order. With her purchase bagged up, Delaney stepped to the side and waited for her friends to finish up. Georgette panted beside her. Later she'll give the poodle a big treat for being the best. Maybe a treat for herself too! As Delaney had a few bucks left over.
