Throws Donovan at Nic for the prosthetic plot?

He's very patient and dad-ly, as well as an academy teacher. He's been working with a prosthetic leg for the past several years as well, and is rather adept with it.

Felix is 28 and he also has a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. (He was taking double majors at the time, his other major being Criminology.) He got into the program a bit later because it was initially Fine Arts, so they could've taken a lot of classes together even. He was a bit different from College, a lot more closed off outwardly and got super indignant @ shithead people, but he was still pretty nice. I'm sure they would've gotten along?

Foxy mentioned something about Jett and Felix both sharing classes. It does sound like Felix and Angelo would have gotten along in classes, and meant that they knew each other when Felix was hired with Manta Carlos PD.

Yep, he's an alcoholic (see point one), so if you want them to run into a bar, we can do that. That said, it won't be for another week or two, since he hasn't got his arm yet.
