"Pocket dimension," Angelo confirmed. "Just a little one. Nice perk, saves me from hauling around a backpack." There were plenty of combat utilities for it too, but for the most part he simply used it as a quality of life bonus. Easier to carry things around.
"Always happy to hang out," Angelo says with a quick wave of his hand. "I'm pretty busy with work, but I tend to be like... a week off island, two weeks back sort of deal. So just send me a message when you're up for it."
If you'd asked Angelo, he'd have said, flat out, that Broen wasn't awkward about it at all. He was totally fooled, which wasn't all that surprising.
Heading to the door, Angelo gave him a quick nod.
"Again, if you need anything, just yell. I know the island pretty well by this point, but honestly? It's pretty self-explanatory and new-person friendly."
He'd say his goodbyes and head out the door, and surprisingly? Not dwell on it all that much.
