"Yeah sure, gimme a shot. I keep better notes than some of the kids who take notes at super speeds." He said clapping his hands slowly to himself with a bit of a chuckle. He was enjoying everything that was said, he even forgot he wanted to have lunch at this point. He was going to need to make a bigger dinner for himself if he was going to have company.

"Yeah, I'd think I'd be too, but I've never had a snowballs chance in hell to do anything at all. Between work and my own personal work. I got nothing." He said giving it some thought. He had tried a few times, but work always got in the way since he had no way to tell time in his study or where he worked. All he had was his phone. That was about it.

"Aren't you just a bit of a trickster." He said with a bit of a laugh.

He felt his hands being held by hers as he slowly looked down at it, and then slowly held her hand. His grip wasn't tight as he looked at her hands.

"Well, my desk is wood and it was odd went I felt this... Gorgeous hand." He slowly pulled it up to his face and teased for a kiss on the hand and pulled it to eye level and looked from Savannah's hand to her eyes.

Savannah mused to herself quietly as Odin spoke and direct her hand about. She had no worry of this man, so being controlled once in a while felt somewhat of a relief. The act of someone doing something for you rather than doing it yourself, a feeling that washes over her often. "Perhaps." She repeated, only this time softer.

She blinked and her ears twitched, he did not have the chance to do anything. She wanted to deny it. Was he toying with her? "Ho? Surely you jest?" Savannah asked curiously.

Her head lifted up off her rested arm, she returned his gaze. "I do not mind some words of flattery, though its effect seems to diminish with each repeated use. But for now I am content." She produced a grin follow by a small biting of her inner lip.

Well doesn't help I record it all. It helps so I can hear it all again if I missed anything. It really does help."

Odin was a bit of a control freak. He liked being in the Captains Chair a lot. Though it was nice that someone could take some stress off his shoulders. He had a lot of information and wanted to make a book for it all. Something he could either hand down. As well as publish. Although history wasn't just about Humanity.

"I wish I was jestin' I could be a Fool in a past life. Work always came first. Though that doesn't matter."

Well. She was content. Was that good enough? For Odin. Content was fine. It was something he could figure out what she heard and what she didn't hear... much.

He held the gaze for a moment. Then smirked a little.

"Well, content is a good place to be. Thought I guess I'll have to redouble the Fuck out of your efforts."

Record and hear it again? That was a word she had heard from the family she lived with before she came to starlight. The word often came up during discussion involved the object with that projected light with moving pictures. Along with the visuals came sound, Savannah could not understand how it works. However she did find it rather settling to watch stories tell themselves from a third person perspective.

Work, or a career was a strange concept to the fox. The human way of life did not apply to her, she need not work to receive pay. Whenever she was hungry, she would take the food or share with her companion. If she need a place to sleep, she would sneak into a home or where her companion would rest. "Tis better than no work, I pay no heed to those who can not lift their own back."

Her tails lightly swayed across the floor in regular rhythm, she cocked a smile to Odin.

"But of course, I have entire life time to move on. To explore this new land that is unfamiliar to me, to encounter individuals of unique quality." She lightly flaunted.

Odin loved to record himself talking. Mainly since he could hear the sound of his own voice. It was helpful for him during reading as well as well writing. So it helped him out with ensure his information was right as well as organized. To a point.

"Well I like being busy. Plus with a wealth of information like you. I need you to keep me busy. My ears as well as my hands." he said jokingly. Mainly it was about his writing and him ensuring he writes the info down. Then again, his own Knight models could write to ensuring everything was written down.

He watched her tail sway and he was slightly captivated by it as he hear her voice and snapped out of it.

"Yeah, and I am a human. I got a single lifetime of Eighty years... Give or take a few years." he blinked for a moment. Odin? Unique? He's been called everything under the sun. "unique eh? That just a work around for you picking your suiter?"

He said with a laugh. Odin looked at Savannah and let loose his grip on it slightly. It wasn't that he was interested. He was just. Unsure. So to speak.

He need her to keep him busy? It was not as if she would detest such thing, but how demanding. Still she knew what she was getting out of it, so the end justify the means. Information should never come free, always get something back in return. That was what she stood by thick and thin.

It was then she briefly wondered what meal she'd be served.

Her eyes frowned a little, noticing his hand begin to slip away she seized it again. Her grip a little tighter than before, her fox ears seemed to point at Odin. "If you do not desire to grasp this hand as your own, then you will repeat your words." Her so called sweat charm of before seem to have fade. Her tails stopped and fell to the floor. "This is not a decision I take so lightly, I do not pick whom I fancy on a whim." She informed him.

It was an offer she was giving, she had get the message across. But she never great at saying it directly, that was just not like her anyway.

Odin actually was giving some thought to what dinner would be besides a nice few cups of wine and seeing where that lead to. His eyes slightly drifted thinking about it. Trying to figure out what this beauty would eat. He kept giving it thought as he felt his hand being gripped tighter.

He looked at Savannah who was looking.. Rather different from her normal cute self. She was now almost frowning at him. Well she was, but Odin liked to think of it as 'Tactically asserting the situation'. He sighed for a moment and gripped her hand again.

He looked at the hands and he put a hand on her cheek as he lightly touched it and ran his hand along it and put a finger under her chin and leaned in.

"This. Is my answer."

He said as he pulled Savannah closer to him and he placed his lips onto of hers, and their connecting hands he tried to move his hands so they would be interlocking instead of just holding.

He pulled his head away for a moment.

"There is now way.. I could say no to beauty such as yourself. I'd like to take your hands as my own. I just. Couldn't find the fucking words for it."

He said as a whisper, his one hand still under her chin as that hand moved to her shoulder and down to her free hand and held it the same way.

She patiently waited yet she wanted a answer now. It did not matter what it was but to be left woithout conclusion is unacceptable. So she waited.

Her focus was so zoned onto his face that she did not notice his hand touching her till he began to lean in. Her hand was intertwind with his too, she added the dots together but not before they kissed. She flinched but quickly gave into the touch.

He parted, her other hand was now in his. The scene could not be anymore of a prince and princess rip off from a child's story. She was on her knees. He was standing above her. None of that mattered right now. What was she going to do next? Her mouth moved a little but no words came out. It was just a kiss! What difference is this compared to the many times before?

"You are a selfish fool, taking my hand was not enough though? She finally said.

Savannah made no effort to move away, it was a surprise to her but it was not one she disliked so much. Perhaps it was because he was already so accepting? He was human, but he was not fully human. It dawned to her that anyone outside this island would not accept on first meeting, that never happened. It took time for them to come to terms with who she was.

She just never expected things to move so quickly, that's the surprise. Her tails brushed along the floor once more.

"But you are a honest fool, that I am happy with."

Savannah released a genuine smile.

Odin could feel her flinch, as if not accepting it for a moment, eventually she gave in to it. It racked Odin was some insecurities as pulled away. He looked her into the eyes for a moment and he looked away as he was called a fool. Promptly after he wanted to say something. His mouth opened only to let out a sigh.

"I.. Meant to ill will." He started to swear in his head as he heard her talk again.

He was an honest fool? She was happy? He let out another sigh. This one was a little better than the one earlier and he smiled and looked at her. They both were smiling and he would attempt to help her up with his hands. He could see her tails wag and he

"I've been called a fool a lot, but an honest fool is a new one." He said with a bit of a chuckle as his smile brightened a little.

"And here I thought actions spoke louder than words." He thought he was getting the point across that he was more than happy with her. Someone who he could work with, deal with and enjoy her company all at once.

It was... Perfect.

She had a gut feeling that this was right, the signs were starting to show. It was one of these moments that you could not put into words, you just had to accept it face value. With his efforts she rose to her feet. She slipped a hand out of his, it was her turn to brush his cheek. Savannah tittered. "Best prepare yourself for many firsts."

Her expression was calm and beatific. Perhaps being accepted by someone was the cause? This was a first for her after all, Odin was the first to not regard her as strange and unworldly because of her appearance.

"Sometimes it is better to do nothing and try not to understand how, instead just let it be." She commented softly. Savannah then stepped into Odin, letting her body bump into his. Her head turned to it's side, resting her cheek on his upper chest.

Hers tails were swaying a little more frantic.
