Maybe she did like a man in uniform, Odin wasn't much of a unformed person. I mean he was wearing a dress vest, dress shirt and a tie as well as dress pants, all back but that was besides the point as he shook his head and sat back down in his chair. This was become a game of either 20 questions or who breaks first.

She put her hand over her face to hide something, a smirk perhaps. Mocking Odin just made him want to push through what was going on even more as he leaned forward in his chair with his elbows on the table. His hands over his tea cup.

"Well, the past tells us many things, our ancestors, how they did things. It is quite fascinating how people lived, died as well as how wars were fought with armies and could be started by a single action of one man." He said thinking about a few of the things he had read. Hopefully this would mean something. Odin thought about some of the wars recently since he was getting on to one of the Crusades in a class of his. "I mean, the Scribes or even acolytes, their information gives us such a look into the past, yet.. I have a number of these parchments but can't figure out what the fuck they even mean."

He had his hands on some of these old parchments but had no way of reading them since some of language is broken and he just can't figure out the language.

"Yeah, can't taste it when it's in a window, but you can imagine it, try to see what it would be like first hand or hear it from people who tasted it."

Now Odin could only think about getting something to eat. He had a student here and began to give some thought on taking her out somewhere, he had lots of time on his hands. He hoped.

Her ears dipped a little. "Mmmh, ancestors." She mumbled. It wasn't long till they propped back up. Only few people had such a power to flaunt. One that struck her mind had the influence to direct an entire continent. Not even Kings were free from such a calling. That was the scope of this persons person, one said to be closer to its belief ,ore than any other.

A smile appeared at the thought it was one of the more fonder memories available. "The old texts are somewhat familiar to me, though I would call myself confident. Languages change and it was mundane recollect a dead way." Savannah anwered. She was not one to sit and study for long periods, a traveller she was thick and through.

"It is an acquainted taste, some I would rather forget. Stomach the bitterness, I did. A hollow ground after a scene, at least some found peace before they drifted into a long sleep." Savannah spoke in rhythm, a tale of her time.

She cocked her head to the side and lightly brushed her hair.

"Yup ancestors. I came from a huge line o' fuckin' Artists. Apparently I am some how related to some of the greatest artists. In some weird manor of speaking." He has been told by some people who were into Genealogy that he was related to some artists, but didn't take them as fact as much as he should since it was more of a Nth removed kind of deal.

Odin nodded his head for a moment. Stroking his chin he looked at Savannah with a smile on his face.

"Tell you what. How about some time, I'll pick you up. We can go to my place and I can show you what I've got."

Promptly after saying that he rubbed his eyes with the only thing on the back of his head thinking 'Why the fuck did I just say that.'

He moved his hand from his face putting the front of his hand towards Savannah.

"Ugggh.. I mean to say that you could attempt to take a look to see if you can figure out what they mean. Not... Nevermind"

Under his breath he picked up his cup of tea and after taking a quick sip he muttered.

"Smooth fuck nut."

Savannah felt somewhat envious, predecessors were frequent among mankind. Like a pedestal to signify your legacy as you begin your life. It was often said that people retain particular traits from their forefathers. Taught skills that come naturally are obvious signs.

The cup came to her mouth but she paused to drink at Odin's invitation. Under normal circumstances this would seem extremely suspicious, but Savannah was not a normal circumstance. Her ears bounced up and down. She merely observed him a little longer before taking her turn to speak.

"You should be more forward with you choice of words." She tittered followed by a small muffled cheek. The next moment she was on her feet and approached the desk to lay her cup down. Savannah almost weightlessly hopped back, angling her posture to face sidewards too Odin. Her tails arched up to form a peacock like display.

She hummed once again. "You need not fret with me, this such an encounter I experienced a-many times." The fox explained as if such a thing happens on a regular basis, her smile never leaving too.

Even the slightest falter flicked the switch, much like how dogs get excited at freighted postmen at their dog.

Odin took some time thinking about what he said. Well, great way to sound like an idiot fucker. This thoughts were broken by Savannah talking. He kind of perked up looking at her. She had hopped back and displayed her tail and Odin was almost speechless.

"Well then.. That's.. You." he pulled out a small napkin and coughed into it for a moment and put the napkin in a small can on his desk. "So should you, displaying your tail like that, my dear."

The 'My Dear' part was just out of pure sarcasm. He really didn't care if he got in trouble for it. So he decided to go along with it. He took a look at a schedule and rubbed his chin for a brief moment as if trying to think of something.

She said that it basically happened on a regular basis in Odin's mind. So he kind of cracked a smile.

"Sounds like you're a wanted individual, I'm sure you got guy's in the hallway that wanna date.. Or marry you. Or a fan club.' He said with the smile on his face, he was cracking wise as he finished his tea and got up from his desk and moved to a corner and sat on it. Looking at Savannah.

"Teeeell you what. If you do decide to come, I'll repay you by taking you out to dinner. Some place nice. My treat." He was hoping that SOMETHING would entice her to come by, but he wasn't sure on what happened to those texts the last time he renovated his house.

"Indeed it is me, who else would I be?" She confirmed wholeheartedly with a warm gesture. Her hand retrieved one of the tails, she held close to her figure. Was it considered to be too revealing to others? Of course the nine additions are important to her, but was it something to make such a fuss over.

Her head nodded. "I do not see an issue with asserting my features." Savannah reasoned, agreeing with herself.

Odin's next words caused her to stifle a giggle. A compliment should always be well received, it's proof of your character. "That would be a pleasant dream for a town girl, but a town girl I am not. I neither have followers or suitors." She answered, pressing the held tail to her mouth.

Her ears pricked, her tails fell and swayed.Out of all things he said the word "dinner", stood out from all the rest. "I suppose I could make an arrangement, it would wrong of me to pass an offer such as this." She said, sliding her feet to stand at the other corner of the desk.

"Well uhh, I mean yeah it is you. I just.. Didn't expect you to look so good, I mean, those tails are kind of adorable." He found them cute really, but he didn't want to overstep his boundaries. He wasn't sure on how she saw him, and he didn't care so much at what he said, but he had to be careful due to being on school grounds, even behind a closed doors.

"I mean you look really good, no need to hide your features."

He reasoned himself as he scratched the back of his head. He was losing a fight he started in his head. Even though it was something nice to do, to sit down and talk and not care about anything.

"Ya know, I don't believe that one bit. I am sure you got somebody out there willin' to the fuck down with you and settle down with you."

She perked to life at the sound of dinner it seemed, so he smiled a bit and shook his head. He looked at a schedule again as he walked towards a book case with it and put the schedule in an area that he would remember.

"Tell you what, if you are interested, come by after school. I should be here for a bit after school."

What is the feeling that one would feel when given so many compliments? They could be flattered. Savannah being a old fox has heard a great deal of flattery, but it does not mean those lose any value. It is just further proof of her self imposed charm, whether they are for the wrong or right reasons.

She mused to herself lightly. "I can not say you are entirely wrong, but all my previous companions have since long passed away." it was perhaps one of the lesser traits of living a long life.

"I guess this is what you would call a date in today's standard? Regardless so, I will appear after learning hours. I hope you will not make a fool of me by failing to turn up?" Savannah imposed with a hummed laugh. Her tails gave a little wag to add to her mood.

Odin grabbed a pen and began to spin it in his hand as he gave it some thought, he was complimenting someone, it seemed like a 'Good' thing to do, but most of them were off hand comments so it wasn't anything weird for him.

"Whats that? Your companions are all dead? Huh. Whats that? Long ass life span or are you some kind of Succubus?" He jested with a hearty smile. He was guessing life span and would put his money on it if he was going to make a bet.

Living a long life in Odin's mind was a bit of a blessing and curse. You could always be learning new things, teaching things to the future about the past and be an asset to all, but falling for someone was... Probably more a burden than it needed it be.

Odin was human, he had a short life anyways.

Her question struck a bit of a nerve to cause Odin to give it thought. He rubbed his for head for a moment.

"Well, I guess so, if you look at it the right the way. I mean, it would be a LITTLE early for a date, but if that helps you sleep at night." He said with a cough and his hearty smile still on."Nah, it is all up to you. IF you want to come, be here, I won't make fun of you or call you out on it."

He wasn't wrong, Odin thought she was cute and all.

Savannah felt somewhat humoured despite talking of such a topic to be mellow. "You jest! I am of a more refined sort, however I suppose we share some aspects." She lightly retorted, giving a toothy grin.

"You seem to be a resourceful male, there must be a book that speaks of my kind? Besides, is it not a unwritten law of the land for female to keep their age undisclosed?" Savannah slurred.

It was not a problem was it? For teacher and student to be seen together? After all, with some explanation it should be made clear who is the elder. She pushed herself off the edge of the desk and gave a twirl in her dress, her tails whipping round.

"I shall not disappoint, it would go against the reputation I have built for myself." She informed with pierced eyes, then followed by a muffled giggle.
