Diligo looked into Sagari's eyes and spoke as calmly, and yet as firmly, as people would consider possible. "No, don't worry, it doesn't bother me at all."
Diligo wasn't really too worried about getting lost. As a boy he had looked into complex scientific diagrams, and since he was young he had learned to memorize them. In comparison, he realized, a simple forest was nothing. He wouldn't lose his path. And besides, he now had someone who needed his guidance, at least in a way. Diligo had never been needed for anything before; this was all so new to him. He smiled and glanced at the ground, just at the moment to realize what was below him.
"How unusual," Diligo stated, as he ducked down to take what he had found. He took reddish flower from the ground and held it out to Sagari. "I haven't seen these since.." He paused, unsure of himself. "In a long time. Their certainly quite rare, at least where I lived."
