Loo grinned. "I can't say I know the feeling, this is my first realy winter.." she ran a hand through her hair as he spoke again. She wasn't insulted at all, and actually laughed at his question. "I'm a Kiwi- I mean, New Zealander. It doesn't get very cold where I lived, so I'm still used to dressing for home." she explained easily, shifting her position so that the couch enveloped most of her, keeping at least one side of her and her back warm.

She noticed his unsurity, and judging by the sudden shift in his emotions she deemed it a place not to go, and shifted the subject slightly. "I thought so. You've got an American accent." she remarked hoping to get his mind off of whatever it had found.

He hesistated a small smile. "Where I came from, it was cold; I get sick often, so I'm well-prepared for this onsalught of weather atrosities." Stephen thought for a while, getting rather uneasy again. (But that was his natural reaction to girls. "It sounds nice; much better than half the year stone cold, and the other half blazing hot."

He shrugged when she commented about his American accent. "I am I guess. I never really thought about it. 'Twas in my own little world."
