She spoke to him as what he thought seemed like a billion miles per hour. Valentine's face brightened, "You said yes? Wow. I thought you didn't like being in public." He shrugged, not realizing what he had just blurted out. "Now, can you please pull me up!?" He smiled, seeing her smile. Why was he smiling so much!

"Well...seems someone is quite excited about going to the fall festival?" Valentine was also excited about it too. His brown eyes lightened up at the reflection of the blue sky.

She smiled "Well isn't this frank day?" She said with a chuckle. "I personally don't care for it much but once won't hurt. And I wouldn't want some poor soul to get you upset and make you lose your top. So if anything I'm going for the other people." She said jokingly, she couldn't wait to go with him. In fact inside she was jumping for joy.

She looked at him. "Why should I pull you up?" She said with a smirk on her face. But she looked at his shirt on her which was a bit baggy but none the less it was warm. And she put her hand out for him to grab hold of.

Amelia's eyes sparkled from excitement for the impending festival. She wondered what she would wear was a formal date? She tried to figure it out and decided to ask. "So um how should I dress?"

He raised an eyebrow how should she dress? What an odd question...how am I supposed to to know what stuff she has in her dressing room! "Umm...you should dress like we are going to a fall festival? I heard it is semi-formal...if that is what you mean..." Valentine hadn't a clue.

He smiled, walking along the soft sand that was covered by the saltwater. It was a bit chilly, having his toes covered by the water, but refreshing. He looked up. What time was it? It seemed to already be about dinner time.

"Sheesh, time flies by when you have fun, I guess..."

She smiled. "Alright, you sure you want me to go with you? People might talk." she said looking at the sky. She hoped it wouldn't bother him, she wanted so much to go especially with him. She thought about how different he was from the first day they met. She chuckled lightly thinking about the whole ordeal.

She never felt so happy and cared for, even if they were just friends. She never had someone give her something to keep warm. She had spent days in the cold alone when her father was angry or drunk. Now to have someone give up they're shirt for her so she wouldn't shiver seemed so kind and sweet. She was glad to have a friend like Valentine.

"Eh, whatever. I know the truth. I know we are still friends. Everyone that talks about us are just jerks anyways. Can't let jerks separate myself from a dear friend, right?" He smiled and looked at her.

"Well, it is in three weeks or so anyways, so, yea, get ready." He wondered, I still have to talk to Percy... He looked at the sky, accidentally bumping into her while he was so facinated by the purple blues and oranges.

She blushed lightly. "I'm sorry..." She too was looking at the sky so she didn't know who's fault it was. "Three weeks, so what's it going to be like? I didn't look at the announcement board yet so I guess it's my fault." She said as she walked alongside him. She wondered what he was thinking about, she wished vampires had telepathy.

She looked at the shore then the sand. "Thanks for your shirt." She said shyly, it was nice and warm it felt good after that cold swim. She wondered if he was cold, she felt so odd with the whole situation but his shirt was warm. And that she didn't mind.

"Umm...it's alright. I didn't even know who it was. Anyways, I think that the fall festival will be something fun, something rememberal. I think I might look forward to singing on karioke." He laughed somewhat, for he wasn't a bad singer, he just couldn't see himself doign that. "As for the shirt, keep it. I can get to the academy like this and still be somewhat warm. It is either that, or I have to hug you all the way home. Hehe, that would look awkward."

Man, Valentine, she must think you are the biggest buffoon ever. Telling her that you would hug her! You idiot! Remember last time you did that!

She chuckled "I see... well in that case I shouldn't have took the shirt or else I could've made you look hillariously weird." She laughed lightly. "I could almost picture it too, it'd look hillarious I mean we'd have to move at the same time or else we'd both fall." She laughed lightly.

"It's a shame people would think things, it'd be a fun experience. See who can last the longest hugwalking. It'd be a interesting sport no?" She said with a chuckle. "Imagine when in a fight still hugging just so you could beat your opponent's time with hugging."

"You know...I think you have just had a bit too much sugar in their lunch today." he laughed lightly at the oddness of that situation and how she did seem a bit hyper in this incident. "I think it would be an...interesting sport...to say the least." He smiled and then looked at the ocean, roaring at him as he smiled, the sand beneath him sucking him in.

"Care to get some dinner somewhere? Say, Tony's Pizzaria." The pizzaria was right on their north right, saying in big letters the name of the company. The place wasn't that crowded. "I have about seven dollars left, you have anything?"

"Yep, we'll have enough. I am hungry I didn't eat lunch oh wait.... I drank your blood remember? Must be you had too much sugar or something. Must've been those seven pancakes you had." She said teasingly. She had almost forgotten about that morning. She knew sometimes after drinking someone's blood you could read their mind till the effects dwindled she was glad that didn't happen to her yet.

She smiled lightly as they walked towards the pizza resturant. "Why is it always called Tony's Pizza why not something more exciting like. Pizza ala mode or something."
