"As long as it helps...well...tell me, what do you do when you are blood thirsty?" He asked, not in an interrogation like way, but one of curiosity. "I mean is it like a donation of blood? Are they killed?"

Valentine was so facinated by the other race. "Amelia, if you don't want to answer these questions, you don't have to." He smiled, somewhat glad she understood that he hadn't loved her. He couldn't love someone after two days. It was almost impossible, not even fate could hold such things. It would have been an infatuation or an illusion of the heart.

She smiled... "I take a unsuspecting victum and jump them and suck them till they die! MWAHAHAHAHA!" She laughed hard... She always wanted to say that. She managed to stop laughing... "Actually I'm quite humain, I sneak up on the victum which I do quietly I take them gently I whisper kind words in their ear and drink what's needed and heal them up and go." She said in a voice calm and normal.

"They only die if it's done wrong, if I'm too far into blood lust. And if I'm very very very angry and the person wronged me. But usually if the person's innocent I can stop before they die and bring them to a hospital." She said to him not annoyed at all. "No it's fine I don't mind telling it, I sometimes miss being a human though. I miss the simple things like the feeling after you run a long way and your tired. Or the sweat after a long jog or workout. Since I have super strength and super speed it's hard to work out to a sweat without causing too much damage."

She smiled... "I take a unsuspecting victum and jump them and suck them till they die! MWAHAHAHAHA!"

His reaction to this was nothing short of not being frightened by her tactics but by that laugh, that odd sideously weird laughter! It was almost funny. He started laughing when she did that laugh. "Wow...that is some laugh you have."

She managed to stop laughing... "Actually I'm quite humain, I sneak up on the victum which I do quietly I take them gently I whisper kind words in their ear and drink what's needed and heal them up and go." She said in a voice calm and normal.

He smirked and jumped a little away from her, "Then I guess I should stick a little farther from you seeing that you say kind words to me." Valentine continued to draw nearer to her until the eighteen year old was where he originally was. Valentine looked up, amazed at the experience he was having, the friendship, and with a vampire! It was almost exciting.

He somewhat felt bad then, hearing her story. "Well, then I guess I should dedicate some part of life to trying to find out a cure for vampirism. I mean, you would like to be cured, right?" Valentine truly wondered, Would I want to be cured...nah!

She giggled... "You like? It's my "evil" laugh." She said still laughing but now normally. She loved to laugh it was one of the joys in life that she loved. She rarely did this much though, but she was glad she could with her new friend.

He smirked and jumped a little away from her, "Then I guess I should stick a little farther from you seeing that you say kind words to me." She laughed... "Well I don't exactly whisper it in your ear in a kind soft voice and sing you a song now do I?" She said with a giggle... "But then how would you know if I'm telling the truth? I could befriend my prey and then take them in my arms and drink their blood hence why I haven't any friends" She said almost laughing her head off wondering which he'd believe.

"I'm afraid if I was cured I wouldn't survive, I'm so used to life as it is now I'd probably think I'd still have to drink blood. Anyway I don't mind it so much, I guess it's good not to sweat and not to need food. But I do miss the small things, but I know I can't go back. But at least I won't become a old wrinkled granny." She said with a light laugh... "I can picture you all wrinkled and old, it'd be quite a look."

Valentine's expression was only described in one word; confused. What if she is trying to just draw me in. Nah! She isn't like that! But...what if she is? He sighed in relief as she laughed her head off seeing his odd reactions.

"I can picture you all wrinkled and old, it'd be quite a look." "Don't fret, when I am old and cranky, I will have you get my prune juice for me. Right?" Not even waiting for a response he continued forward. "Right! Onward!"

She just laughed... "I don't know maybe I'll get you a dog to keep you company and feed you." She said giggling walking along into the forbidden it was starting to get darker from the trees and the shaded areas even though it was morning. She looked as though she was going thru a apple grove instead of a vampire and werewolf infested area that was somewhat dark even in the daylight.

She walked along instead of birds singing there were crows cawing as they passed. The leaves around them seemed to whisper, yet Amelia still looked completely at home. She was after all a vampire what did she have to fear? She observed the area not hearing one of her kind yet. She figured they must've been out in the forbidden farther or still in bed being lazy on a saturday. She didn't want to wake one up since she had a human with her. So she listened for a awake and moving one.

The ominous trail of crow infested trees and the draft from behind had distracted Valentine from even coming up with a come back for her last remark. He never saw this place at night and even so, the night hadn't given the clashing gloom within.

A crow swooped below, past Valentine's head. Ducking, he never saw a ravenous bird such as it, and reminded himself he hated birds of all sorts. His eyes looked ahead. "Such a homey place isn't it. The sun not shining, the crinkling leaves all around, the cawking of the crows.." A sarcasm was probably his way of saying, Well...this place gives me goosebumps.

She laughed... "Don't be silly, it's a thick forest and that makes the sun not shine. Making it favorable to some vampires who are sensitive to light. Werewolves don't really care but it's fun to lurk in a spooky place. You get to see humans look like scaredy cats." She said with a laugh... She went into defense mode hearing something bigger then a bird.

"Looks like we might have company." She said hearing footsteps a bit off farther then Valentine's ears could hear. Soon the sound came into Valentine's hearinf range as a human. Amelia just smirked wondering which vampire it'd be. She heard the footsteps coming faster she looked back at Valentine to see if he was scared with a rather amused look on her face.

A black streak moved quickly behind a tree. Amelia tried not to chuckle knowing it was a vampire trying to scare Valentine since he was a human.

"Hm..." He wasn't scared now. Valentine had taken in a breath when they went in, knowing that whatever it was, whether it was a werewolf or vampire, he knew that he might be able to kill it, or at least freeze it.

Valentine just figured this to be a school fight just like last year, only this time he was against a faster and stronger humanoid rather than just stronger. Crouching down he had only seen a glimpse of the black shadow. "Hmm." If he is going to be this fast, I better do what I did beforehand.

The glass hilt began to break, and meanwhile, Valentine wondered if she would get his tactic. It was the same thing he did to her when they fought. "Hey, you know, if you mean well, why don't cha just get out of here and lets not play hide and seek."

If not...he was fine with it.

She chuckled... "Come on out Percy I know it's you anyways I want you to meet this human." A young person about 14 in a black cloak appeared, they were abnormally pale. "Valentine this is Percy, he's a vampire. He was bitten at the age of 14 but is way older then he appears. Percy this is Valentine, he's a friend of mine at the academy."

Percy nodded looking the boy over. "So is he eh... Courting you?" Amelia chuckled... "No Percy we're just friends and you know I won't court you since your way too young for me in appearance." She said with a light laugh. She would explain later why it seemed like they were friends. But for now more layed beyond the second vampire he'd meet. They had hardly scratched the surface. "So he wants to learn about vampires?" Amelia rolled her eyes... "Percy just talk to him yourself, he won't bite you."

Percy eyed the boy who looked older then him but was younger. "So your Valentine, interesting name. Anyway kiddo you want to learn about vampires?"
