His reaction to this was nothing short of not being frightened by her tactics but by that laugh, that odd sideously weird laughter! It was almost funny. He started laughing when she did that laugh. "Wow...that is some laugh you have."
She giggled... "You like? It's my "evil" laugh." She said still laughing but now normally. She loved to laugh it was one of the joys in life that she loved. She rarely did this much though, but she was glad she could with her new friend.
He smirked and jumped a little away from her, "Then I guess I should stick a little farther from you seeing that you say kind words to me." Valentine continued to draw nearer to her until the eighteen year old was where he originally was. Valentine looked up, amazed at the experience he was having, the friendship, and with a vampire! It was almost exciting
She laughed... "Well I don't exactly whisper it in your ear in a kind soft voice and sing you a song now do I?" She said with a giggle... "But then how would you know if I'm telling the truth? I could befriend my prey and then take them in my arms and drink their blood hence why I haven't any friends" She said almost laughing her head off wondering which he'd believe.
He somewhat felt bad then, hearing her story. "Well, then I guess I should dedicate some part of life to trying to find out a cure for vampirism. I mean, you would like to be cured, right?" Valentine truly wondered, Would I want to be cured...nah!
"I'm afraid if I was cured I wouldn't survive, I'm so used to life as it is now I'd probably think I'd still have to drink blood. Anyway I don't mind it so much, I guess it's good not to sweat and not to need food. But I do miss the small things, but I know I can't go back. But at least I won't become a old wrinkled granny." She said with a light laugh... "I can picture you all wrinkled and old, it'd be quite a look."
