Alexavier nodded lightly to confirm the younger student's outburst, not at all startled. "She's right, you know - you are being rather rude." The end of his sentence was half swallowed by a yawn characteristic to the young man; the girl emitted a small sound of annoyance and flounced out of the room.

"And now I feel bad." He paused a moment, shrugging and "over it," he announced cheerfully, taking another contemplative bite of the apple. There was another student staring at them, but he felt bad pointing him out and making Lakana repeat her speech.

So he smiled, instead, sending a private message to the student. "Might either of us be of service to you, perhaps?" A pause, and then, his steady voice containing just an iota of dry humor: "Miss. Lakana does not take kindly to eavesdroppers, as you might have noticed - I dearly hope you've a reason to be staring so."

Alexavier nodded. "She's right, you know - you are being rather rude." He told the girl, yawning. The girl muttered something very rude, her voice dripping with annoyance and flounced out, holding her nose up high like an oh-so-powerful-deity. Lekana stared hard at her retreating back, thinking, What did she just call me!? She resisted the urge to freeze that annoying girl's blood. Breathing in slowly, she directed her power back into herself, careful not to accidentally harm anything in the way.

"And now I feel bad." He paused, then shrugged, finishing of his sentence with a cheerful "over it,", taking another bite of the apple she had given him. There was a student staring at them near, but she just thought that the boy was staring at them because of her outburst. It was natural for anyone to be staring at her right now. She almost froze that girl's veins, anyways.

Looking at the boy pointedly, she called out in a calmer manner, "Can I help you with something, or are you just staring because of my little... outburst?"

He devoured the rest of the apple in one bite, core and all. "It was less of a fight and more of a... Heated discussion of conflicting opinions." He smiled. "The young miss who just left the room had voiced the opinion that Miss. Lakana was a-" He coughed, raising an eyebrow and "anyway, she did not agree with the denomination, rightfully so." Another flash of the pearly white teeth.

He frowned, nodded. "Correct. Might I ask how you've come to this conclusion?" A pause, and he shook the male's hand. "Alexavier, pleasure."

The boy spoke. "Well its more that I was waiting for that to be over otherwise it sounds funny if I ask a question in the middle of two people fighting dont you think?" Lekana nodded her head slightly, waiting for the rest. "Hmmm you're a telepath right? Sorry I guess I get ahead of myself my names Alex nice to meet you." He extended a hand. She smiled slightly. "How many Alex's are in the Academy?"

"Correct. Might I ask how you've come to this conclusion?" He paused, and then shook the boy's hand. "Alexavier, pleasure." The boy smiled. "Well I have telepathy as well so I can sense you when I walked in the room. However I have little control so if I try speak with my mind everyone would hear it in the room." Lek grinned now. "Well, you're not the only one who has trouble controlling your powers. I almost froze that girl's veins." She stared out the window, a finger tracing a beautiful frost pattern onto the window. "I can control ice."

"It was less of a fight and more of a... Heated discussion of conflicting opinions." Alexavier smiled. "The young miss who just left the room had voiced the opinion that Miss. Lakana was a-" He broke off, coughed once and raised an eyebrow. "Anyway, she did not agree with the denomination, rightfully so." He continued. He smiled. Kana took this opportunity to speak. "Please, just Lek or Kana. I'm only called Lekana if I'm in trouble."

Alex nodded. He began to speak in a thoughtful tone. "Hmm a name's a name however Lakana suits you better then a Lek or Kana however I guess we should call you Lek." Kana nodded and smiled. As the conversation dulled, she began to speak, trying to start up a new one. "How long have you been here?" She asked.

Looking around, she saw a group of girls staring enviously at her. What?! What did I do? Is it wrong to talk to boys? She thought. She glared at them pointedly, then turned her head to stare out the window. A light tap on her shoulder caused her to turn, and stare at the girl. It was the leader of the little group that had stared. "Yes?" She asked.

Alexavier lapsed into silence as the two talked, shrugging lightly and smiling whenever it was required of him.

Someone else was walking up. He rolled his eyes, the green orbs flickering over to Kana to see how she would respond, ready to jump in but knowing that it wasn't him the girl was talking to. Still... The poor girl had gotten nothing but yelled at ever since he'd come in. "You know, I could leave..." He offered, pointing to the exit.

Alex tilted his head towards her before looking in the direction she kept looking as he spoke"I just got here today myself and I wanted to explore the grounds but I havent had time yet." Alex turned his head as he heard other Alex speak however he thought it was best if she replyed rather then him.
