'Wow, books and pencils? I am impressed.' He looked around him at the circle of girls. The way they look at me you'd think I was a ghost
'So, not many guys around here huh? That's bad news for me, I could really use a room mate. He smiled at Tiger. 'Or maybe I could bunk with you. Who knows, maybe you could even raise my grades.'

Simon's smile twitched a little. 'No parties. Wow, I thought even I school like this would have some of those.' He looked around at the group. 'Well, the school doesn't have to throw the parties, we can. Yeah, that's a good idea. Meet some new people, have a good time. And the students. We can lift them from the mundane and show them that there's a life other than the one in the pages they are reading.' He glanced over at Tiger and smiled. 'No offense. Though you have to admit, that was a pretty good speach wasn't it. Did you hear all the big words? Mundane, and...lift.' He scratched his head. 'Well mundane is a pretty good word.'
He laughed out loud then looked around the group with a glimmer in his eyes. 'So who's with me.'

Raye smiled. "You bet I am! Just give me a time and place... perhaps tomorrow at sometime or another right here?"

'Hmmm, it doesn't really matter when. If we could do it tomorrow that would be awesome though.' He turned around and viewed the ladscape. 'But where...hey!' He saidd turning back towards the girls. 'Are there any 'off limit' places here.' He flashed a smile. 'That could be fun.' He thought about it a little then added. 'Unless you know of somewhere cool we could have it.'

"Off limits... the mountain range, perhaps? But it might be too dangerous..." Raye said, looking unsure. "I mean... well... I'm not sure what I mean."

She looked around, trying to figure out what to say. "Somewhere cool.. I'm not sure where that would be, either." She blushed a little, and played with her hands.

"And I think tomorrow would work... it would be after classes, right? Or are we gonna skip them?"

Simon stood grinning as he watched Raye talk nervously. I won't even have to use my powers here. I scare them enough by being a boy. He laughed to himself and turned to her when she finished.
'Well, I wouldn't want you guys to miss your classes. So we'll have it at night.' He looked up at the mountains. 'And as cool as it would be, I wouldn't want any of you to die, so we shouldn't go to the mountains. I''m thinking either the forest or the cliff.' He smiled at Raye directly. 'What do you say?'

Raye smiled. "I think that would be cool. I haven't been to the forest or the cliff yet, so itwill be kind of like an adventure." Her smile widened, and she looked up at the sky. Dark clouds seemed to be forming, but not enough to worry about... yet.

"I think a storm is coming," she said quietly, turning her gaze toward the group. "Maybe we should continue this discussion inside somewhere."
