Miralis had lost Pollyanna for a moment checking under a few things when a small chirp took it by surprise as he headed to the last corridor in the building. Just walking. Knowing from a map that it was a dead end. The nanites pulled away from the water. As weakened as they are they were sustainable. Though could fry in water. Only the ones on the body were strong enough to survive the hard condition. The Bat screamed she wasn't listening to Miralis. That peaked Miralis interest as it picked up the pace a bit.

When the bat went out into the rain the sound of a crashing window peaked Miralis' interest as it turned a corner. Clever. But not clever enough as the robot made it's way to the window. Seeing Pollyanna try to make some form of plan. Looking out the window and noticing the rain it shivered a bit. It it's current form water is a problem. A bit one. Though did not take that into account. The robot swiped at the rest of the window knocking off the shards of glass that were there still and began to slowly retract the needles for now. "you'll listen to what the superior being tells you to whelp!" The robot explained in a harsh tone as it began to crawl onto the wall. an make it's way down the wall and onto the ground.

As the robot touched the ground a small shock coursed through as it flipped off the wall to look at Pollyanna. As Raindrops hit the robot it either vaporized instantly or small bolts of electricity flew out an inch or two into the air. Causing it to tweak a bit. Slowly extending the needles Miralis smiled. "I am designated Miralis. The copy L3G10N should have been, before becoming Tellios, the lover of this god forsaken place. I will kill you. Then this island. Then your adopted parents. Then everyone they knew. Till I stop moving." She moved slowly closer as she started to speak again. "You will do EVERYTHING I tell you when I am through with you. You will be good as dead." Miralis walked straight into the trap that Pollyanna had set. Miralis thought Tellios was a waste of space. So Bringing it's hand up the Robot lunged at Pollyanna. Little did Miralis know. HE AMOUNTED TO NOTHING! the Robot screamed as it was now full of rage being called a lesser being.

Pollyanna had a plan.

That's why Tellios trusted her. With everything he was.

It was pissed. Good. Pollyanna wanted it this way. For both her own plan’s purposes and out of pure spite. This robot was awful and it reveled in it. She wasn’t at all like her Tellios, who had a kind and loving heart. Much more than the physical one that it destroyed. Pollyanna did not shake. nor did she cry anymore at the sight of this monster. She had to be strong. For him. For herself. Strength and courage was the essence in dealing with this fiend. And so was creativity. And Lord knows Pollyanna had plenty of that.

So as much as the threats were terrifying, and her heart pounded in her chest, Pollyanna did her best to be steadfast as the robot crawled down the wall and towards her. Her hands in fists and her gaze not leaving its skull. As it approached her to belittle, and ready itself to kill.

Miralis. Its name was Miralis. And from what she could piece together, it was created to override Tellios’ data to create the ‘perfect’ experiment. And yet… It was worse than the humans that created it. Maybe it represented the darkness guised as progress and evolution. Science as a beautiful creation corrupted for man’s sick needs. Tellios was the former. Everything good and right about the field. Or so she believed. The needles held to her face were the same Tellios held in attempts for benevolence. Here, Miralis used it to threaten and maim. Knowing it was a fear. She flinched just a bit when they were held up to her. But otherwise she tried not to budge.

"I wouldn’t follow your orders in a million years. After all, if you want to kill me so bad, then why do you need me? You’re going to destroy this world, and what then? Have you even thought that far?" Pollyanna challenged, looking deep into its eye sockets. "Tsk Tsk Miss Miralis. You should really think things through before getting all hasty. And I thought I was the dumb one." Just then, Miralis lunged for her. Excellent. Without even a second thought Pollyanna dove into those instincts of hers. Leaping out of the way just in the nick of time to avoid being stabbed. She didn’t miss a beat as she stumbled back to her feet to charge towards the stairs that led to the basement door. Her only hope.

Not even looking back she struggled a bit with knocking down the weakened door. The wood was old, and heavily deteriorated with years of rain like this one. So with a good few kicks to the center, the wood splintered, making a dent large enough for Polly to squeeze her body through from the top. Right as the robot was inevitably going to chase after her. Only for her to fall into a gigantic rotten room with stagnant water up to her waist. It was foul to say the least. But she needed to wade for her life if she was going to make this work.

Before the robot got in she made a side comment to the little nanite on her shoulder.

"I-I don’t know if you’re awake or even alive little buddy but… I need you to hang onto me. It’s very important that you be the one to make it through, okay?" Polly whispered barely above a decibel as she tried to stake out a hiding place in the room full of water. It was pitch black in here as well. But she knew what she had to do. There was junk everywhere from storing stage parts, props, old costumes and trash that never got sorted through. Crates lining the sides, stacking all the way to the ceiling. To the broken down rafters that peeked through the broken ceiling. Her eyes narrowed. This was the trick.

In a few moments, she found herself a nice hiding spot. Waiting for her adversary in the darkness to come after her.

Miralis did what Pollyanna wanted. Taking it's arm out of the wall. Miralis smirked. She was smart. Though dumb at the same time. Going into a small area with a murderous sociopath. The robot noticed her kicking a door. When the robot followed she saw a stair case leading down. Each step put a strain on the stair case making it creep. The water made it a little wary about the room. Taking a step the electric current was enough to create a small shock in the system of it. It's Hud flickering on and off as it's power was draining.

Miralis had to try to find out to do this quick. It's power was low due to all the work of taking away Tellios from the body as she was walking around. Using it's eyes to find Pollyanna. Slowly trying to figure out where she was. "Come out bat. I do not wish to play anymore. Let me kill you!"

"I can kill you, OR have you watch as your boyfriend's body destroys the world! Up to you. Life or death!" It kept looking around. Eventually almost looking directly AT Pollyanna as it looked away again and started to stab boxes and various other old costumes.

"Where is she!? WHERE IS SHE!?" The Robot looked almost everywhere, in every nook and cranny for Pollyanna. Almost enticed into the deeper parts of the room by her adversary. Who was used to these areas and Miralis was not. "Come out my love." she teased. In Tellios' voice no doubt. Trying to get some kind of response from her. "I won't hurt you I promise. I need to see your face." Still trying to stab at things deeper in to get a response from Pollyanna.

Then would look around more and more frantically.

Pollyanna had to think fast. Miralis had arrived, and was tearing the place up to try to find her. To destroy her. It was getting more angry by the second, but Pollyanna tried to pay it no attention. She had to find what she was looking for. She needed just one thing.

She crawled in the space between the rafters with the lightest step she could manage. Her stealth was her ally, her silence well-kept to listen where Miralis was heading next. It was tearing up the room to find her. At the same time, she needed to lead it to the central room. Fortunately for the mutant Pollyanna had been in this room before. Before she looked at the rest of the theater, she saw this door open one night and was greeted by some cool yet creepily withered items. She brought home some old art supplies from it too. It's what inspired her to bring Tellios here, since she was apprehensive of exploring the rest of the building by herself. So in all honesty, she knew this place best.

She had to use that knowledge to her advantage.

So in silence she snuck over to the next section of the basement. There was a few steps down to create a tiered effect in the room, which incidentally made the preceding room even deeper. Filled with water that would rise to Pollyanna's chest. It was practically empty in here in terms of items. But there was a furnace, clearly inactive from the antiquity of its power. What was next to it on the wall was not.

A power box

That connected the one in the attic to here, to supply the entire theater with electricity.

She hoped she wasn't going to cause too much damage.

Upon hearing Tellios' voice, Pollyanna knew it was a trap. And yet... Somehow, it soothed her. Just to hear the sound of his words, his sweet gentle tone that always put a smile on her face. Which might have been gone forever. But she would play into the trap believing that she might. Just to lure her in where she wanted that robot to be.

Pollyanna leaped from the ceiling, onto a ledge on top of the fireplace-like furnace. Picking up a match box nearby. She opened the power box and struck a match. To light where she was seeing. Finally she found the switch labeled 'THEATER- ALL ON'. Perfect.

"Tellios? Is that you? I'm right in here my darling!" She called out, fingers levitating above the switch. Waiting for the moment to strike.

Upon ripping and tearing up the first section of the basement the robot decided that Pollyanna wasn't there and started to bust down a wall to the next section. The wall crumbled under Miralis' might as she stepped into the area and looked around. Things looked alright. A lot of supplies an odd trinkets and lots of places to hide for a short girl as it began kicking and stabbing things that even sounded like someone was in. The stagnant water was filled with rust on the this side as it caused Miralis to move slower than before. Though that wasn't going to stop it.

Miralis passed by a furnace and was looking around some of the old art supplies. Miralis grabbed a can of something and started to chuck things around. Tossing items around in the room to figure out what to do. Where to check. This was a puzzle. Her power was low. At a whopping 3% she didn't know if she had the power to keep this up. The next trap was a gamble between life and death for Miralis till some power can be restored.

Where was Pollyanna? Where. Was. She. Though she then heard someone call out for Tellios. Calling him Darling. She turned around and started to move towards the sound of the voice slowly trudging through the stuff she tossed. Looking at Pollyanna on the furnace. A snarl came on as it tried to get close enough to Pollyanna. Then slowly looked at the cable that dropped into the water. It was cut Though Miralis didn't pay it any mind thinking that it was dead weight.

Little did Miralis know. Pollyanna had expected this. Hearing the sound of power being turned on as Electricity coursed through Miralis. "NO NONONONONONONONO!" The robot screamed as it began coursing with electricity. Feeling each surge through it's body. It's eyes turning off and on randomly. It's whole body twitching. The pain.

THE AGONY! The robot thought. It's vision became fuzzier to the point where it blacked out. Placing it's hands on it's head while moving backwards away trying to get away from the pain. The agony. Everything. It bumped into a desk. Waving it's arms randomly as the whole water was coursing with this power. "MAKE IT STOP! MAAAAAKE IT STOOOOOP!" The body stopped moving and slumped into the water on it's knees twitch uncontrollably while the electricity cracked and coursed through it. This was the end of Miralis.

It's mouth was open with smoke coming out of the mouth. Something fried, or was just bidding it's time. either way. It was bad. Pollyanna needed to act quick.

Nanite;

Tellios was trying to beg Pollyanna to speak the words. 'Turn it off then say it. Before I have no body to return to.' but the nanite's limited capacity turned into a small chirp by Pollyanna's ear as if to state it was pleased that Pollyanna was so smart. Then a voice rang from the Nanite. "We. Need. You. Alive." As the nanite prepared to jump. To ones more infest the body with it's true owner. To reunite with it's friends. Then install it's one and only beloved master.

The sound of metal sloshed against the nasty water as the monster began to lure itself into Polly's final trap. But she was ready. To put an end to this. Her hands itched over the switch as from behind her back a knife raised. Nearing a wire draped from the wall- no- it was the wire that powered nearly this whole place. It has enough amps to kill a few men, let alone an electricity sensitive robot. So when Miralis entered the room, she was completely ready.

Once it was in the center of the room, Pollyanna revealed herself. Ready to attack. The knife was aimed to the wire. As she screamed one last thing to it. "You're a VERY bad robot!" With that Pollyanna threw the knife to the wire, slicing off the power cord to land in the water. At the same time the switch was turned on by the other hand. And boy, was she in for a show.

The basement soon lit up with the sight of sharp blue electricity. The crackling of static and the screeches of the robot proved too much for Pollyanna. Hands drew over her ears quickly to block out the noise. To block out that she actually was killing something. She wasn't violent. Even she regretted killing a non-living robot bent for world destruction. She could hear the life drain out of her, even through her plugged ears. She wanted the noise to go away. For it to all end, for her to be the victor.

And soon enough, she was.

The room fell eerily quiet. She looked up again to see the nanites piled up, inactive. The electricity to much for them. Pollyanna heaved a sigh of relief, before weakly flipping off the switch. The electricity left the water. It was silent. While Pollyanna was exhausted and wanted to just take a breather, her adrenaline would be the energy that drove her to continue. She wasn't done yet. Miralis was dead. But Tellios needed to be revived.

She almost jumped in surprise when the nanite spoke up again. To give her a primitive command with its limited vocabulary. She picked it up from her shoulder, to look at it from her palm. "Got it." She said to him, looking to the water to see if the electricity was calmed. The last thing she needed to be was electrocuted herself. So with that she went back to the rafters, swinging over to hang upside down right above the pile. Like a bat. She looked down, hoping that the water was calm before saying what she needed. Her memory serves her well. And so did that note she made on her palm. Polly cleared her throat. "Authorization; Pollyanna. L-3-G-1-0-N.... Do you hear me? She repeated those words. Louder, with more force. She just wanted her Tellios back. To take these nanites back to the abandoned body in the auditorium. After waiting a few more moments, the electricity diffused and the water discharged from the power. Luckily, the floor itself didn't conduct very well. The metal on the robot was the only true conductor, luckily for her. She flipped as she jumped in the water, making a bit of a splash. "C-can you guys hear me? I'm... Sorry I shocked you. But I'll bring you back to Tellios, and everything will be okay... I hope..."

The body laid silent on it's knees, it's mouth moved. "Authorization.. Accepted. L3G10N System restart." The sound of skitters could be heard as nanites filled the rooms from nooks and crannies to even the front door as Nanites swarmed the body. Eventually the sound stopped as the robot slowly became the same body type as Tellios as the robot fell into the water. Twitching slightly as the nanite in Pollyanna's hand looked up to her. "I'll see you soon. Beautiful." in Tellios' voice as the nanite jumped into the water and after that was lost as the robot went into a short spasm. Then stopped. The body seemed motionless. as the muffled bubbled words spoke. "Reinstalling. Time; Unknown."

As the body laid down in the water for some time. Though being stuck in the water wasn't good for the bot as it began to think. "Where am I? Who am I?" He felt like he was in water. Just what was going on? L3G10N tried to move but couldn't. He could see nothing but static and a bar moving. Slowly loading up memories. Or atleast recordings. It all felt familiar. He heard about a girl. That he admitted to loving. Pollyanna? Was her name? Pollyanna Eve Bellamy.

He kept trying to move. Nothing would respond. To the point where even him trying to talk was an issue. He just thought. "Do I.. Love another?" He then recalled some of them events that transpired as bubbles floated to the surface by the head. the body was full. All nanites had stopped moving to the body. Then the bar started to move a little faster. Though it was still loading up far too much at once.

The body still laid motionless on the ground. Twitching slightly to try accept the upgrades and reboot of himself.

"I’ll see you soon, Telli..." With that her hands cast the nanite, the last bit of him that would speak to her into the water. It was just her now, as the body would reform itself slowly. Or at least, she hoped so. The sound of rebooting sent a wave of relief to her system. He was… He was going to be okay. She hoped. But doubt would overtake her as it stated the time in which he’d be better was… Unknown. It could be a few minutes. It could be a few hours. Days or years. She shook her head of further paranoia. She had enough trauma and drama for today. She just needed to figure out how to get him back where he needed.

Hesitantly, she reached underwater to touch him. Drawing her hand back quickly in a small shock. For the most part though he was alright to handle. She just needed to figure out how to pick him up…. Oh. As she scooped his back from under the water, she noticed that like this he was abnormally light. How fortunate. She inhaled as she prepared herself to pick him up. Standing him upright so that she could carry him from her back. She leaned him forward, to drape his arms over his shoulders and carry his legs between her arms. Like he was some sort of robotic unconscious backpack. With that she once more waded in the muddy, stagnant water. To take him back through the front entrance, back through the auditorium.

A short while later she made her way back to where it all began. And where it seemingly all ended. Walking down the carpet laden aisles to bring his body to the stage. Everything silent, everything at ease. She climbed the steps to set his body across the shell. Pulling up another chair, to have them in front of one another. It was then she stepped back. In silence, to watch over all that had happened. The white blood from prior beneath her ruined shoes. Meditatively, she took a deep breath, the first one in what seemed like ages, to assess everything that had gone on.

Her adrenaline eased a bit, which led her to realize how bad of a shape she was in. Her clothes were soaked with that basement’s dusted water. Her hair which was already at a constant frizz was tangled and waterlogged, pressed against her head in curls of disarray. That, and cuts and bruises from the glass had lined her body, her red blood going ignored for the most part. Other than that… She was happy with herself. She saved Tellios from that monster and he was on his way to recovery… Maybe. He wasn’t moving. He hadn’t moved an inch since the other AI was defeated. A frown touched her face. Maybe he wouldn’t wake up. Either way… He needed time. And Pollyanna needed a break. The holes in the ceiling had turned the storm a bit lighter, to drizzle with some rays of sun trying to poke through. That was it wasn’t totally dark. She stepped forward, to place a kiss on his head. A simple notion. But it showed she was there for him. Even after all that had happened. She turned around, and proceeded to head down the stairs. Wrapping her arms around her in insecurity. Maybe he’d never wake up. If that was the case…

The island was saved. But at what cost?

After Pollyanna took Tellios onto her back, his body was in disarray. He was slowly becoming human. Trying to recall what he was before hand. Who he was. It was a hard thing to change as he felt himself being sat down. He couldn't get a grasp on the situation. Who was he? What was going on? Tellios kept thinking. Over and over. What was going on? As he felt someone give him a kiss on his head. Pollyanna? Was that her?

He could recall that faithful kiss anywhere. Even if he wasn't the same as before. He still loved Pollyanna. He could see his old body, broken and beaten. The skeleton that had slowly broken down and become one with him. With almost not a trace of the old one existing. The dead nanites even spurred to life to return to their friend. The body was slowly becoming whole now. Giving the missing pieces of Tellios' memories, his life. Even giving him the chance to speak.

His vision slowly came back as the loading became faster. His eyes spurred to life seeing what was around. He wanted to see Pollyanna's face. She was gone. He looked around for a moment. His voice yet to come to him, but sight was there as he tried to get up. Trying to figure out where he was. The theatre? It's where they met. He remembers as the Nanite admitting his love for her.

He opened his mouth to call for his girlfriend but not words came out as he tried again to get out of the chair. Nothing. He could move, he just wasn't strong. He could hear the sound of someone walking away.

Don't go Pollyanna. Please... Stay with me. Forever.

He wanted to say. He needed to say it. Tellios eventually mustered the strength to stand as he slowly became who he was once more. His face slowly fixing and aiding the cracks that lined his face. Moving silently to the top of the stairs he was wearing. Nothing but shorts right now. He then looked around the room. Looking down at Pollyanna his soft words filed the room.

"Leaving already, Darling?"

He said took a step up behind her and slowly wrapped his arms around her. Gently tracing his hands along her arms to grab her hands softly. "I can't believe you came Pollyanna. I thought.. I trusted you and you came to me. I'm so happy." he whispered softly as he kissed her cheek. "I... Don't remember much. I'm sorry for what ever I did. What.. We did. I'll do anything to make it right."

Tellios did mean he loved her. More than anything. Though he was surprised his voice came back during such a moment. He was relieved and happy. Noticing the blood and wounds Pollyanna had he blinked a few times.

"I.. I need to you home. I need to ensure that you are taken care of. Shower, some medical supplies." He wasn't going to take no for an answer.

Pollyanna had her arms around her chest. Feeling cold, and alone. Those are were where his were supposed to be. To keep her warm, and ensure that she was safe. Though today she found out a lot about herself. That she could stand on her own. That she wasn’t just some dumb beast. That she could fight for what she wanted, what was right, and what she… Well, whatever Tellios felt about her, she told herself that she probably felt the same. There was only way to find out. And she might never…

Arms wrapped around her torso.

Her eyes welled up with tears, as an elated grin spread across her face.

"Tellios!" She cried aloud as she turned immediately to face him. Her bruised, cut face was ignored in terms of pain as she was overjoyed with happiness. It was buried into his own chest as she slightly weeped. Out of joy, purely. She was just so happy to have him alive, and safe. Even if he was a bit different. "I-I thought I had lost you. I thought that I’d never see you again." She sniffled, blotting her eyes with the back of her hand. He… Felt different. But he still was Tellios. To her, he always would be. Totally human, totally robot, or somewhere in between. As long as he was himself, and not that nasty robot those scientists forced him to deal with. But she was gone. Forever, hopefully. It was hell to see that another person possessed his body to try to kill her. It might have scarred her mentally, but it was all okay now. She reached up to kiss him in what felt like forever. Smiling, though the gesture twitched when his memory was admitted as faulty. That… Wasn’t good. But she didn’t want to think of the negatives right now. He was here, and that’s what mattered.

"It’s okay, Telli. It’s all alright." Was it? In this moment, yes. She was just happy he was back to normal. But for the future… She wasn’t alright. Her body was changing too, and she felt it. But she didn’t want to shift in front of him. As she was terrified of the outcome. She didn’t want to scare Tellios. Or disgust him. She didn’t want him to leave her for what may happen to her body. Even worse was the thought of what would happen to her mind. She’d be devastated. So it was best to deal with it by not being who she truly was. "I’m just glad you’re here now. And we can be us. What… What happened doesn’t matter to me. We can work out things together, okay?" She kissed him on the lips once more. Snuggling into his embrace. "I mean, I’m willing to take down a psychopathic robot lady bent on world domination for you. Safe to say, I’m willing to make anything right between you and I."

He did take attention off of their reunion to the status of her body. She really did need to be cleaned up. And given a first aid treatment. "Oh this?" She looked at her arms. Scuffed up, but not agony-inducing. "Just need a bit of a tidy up. No major damage." She assured so that he didn’t need to worry. Her eyes too traced over his body. Looking at his nanites and almost trying to pick out the one that was always with her. Even in her time of need. "You might need a bit of a recharge yourself there as well. I had to um… Shock your nanites to drive that Miralis lady away. They aren’t hurt are they? I just want them all to know I’m sorry." She laughed a bit. But she couldn’t help but to think of that one left behind for her. The one that gave her instructions. The one that…

Pollyanna backed away for a second. To get a good look at him, silent, as to think of what to do or say here. To get the truth. "Tellios..." She began, looking down a bit as she folded her hands in front of her ruined outfit. "Your nanite… was really helpful to me. Without those recordings I don’t know what I would have done… But.." She swallowed hard. Before looking up at him nervously. "But it said some things to me, that I didn’t know you really thought of me. I mean we’ve only been dating for a short while, but we’ve known each other for a good time now… So..." She wrapped her arms around herself once more. Across her midsection. "Be honest. What… What do you really think of me? Do you..." She closed her eyes, thinking.

"Is everything that nanite said true?"
