<div align=center>Wings. What was the point in having wings if you could barely get five foot off the ground. Oh but of course Levi could, he could fly as high as he liked until he got tired and plummeted steadily to his death. That wasn't a nice thought. He didn't even know if he could die like that, but the assumption was there. A fall from a hundred feet would kill most, if not everyone. He'd arrived about an hour ago, skipped all formalities of registration and gone straight to his dorm. I'll do it later. He told himself, yawning softly and falling idly onto his back, bringing his elbows up behind his head.
Levi still didn't much know how he'd end up fitting in here. He was unfamiliar with humans, for the most part at least. The only time he'd spent around humans over his life was... Well... To sleep with them. He could still hear his father's words echoing in his ears, you're a useless child, Daniel and if I ever see you around here again I'll blah blah blah. Something along those lines, anyway. All Levi knew now was that he definitely couldn't go back there. Glad to see the last of him, anyways.
The boy sat up again, leaning forwards over the edge to look down at the courtyard below him. The students bustling around there merely looked like little dots from all the way up here. Levi gradually pushed himself to his feet again, tail uncurling behind him, and wings unfurling themselves. All at once he had vanished from the edge and disappeared below the building line, hovering idly back up again and lazing in mid-air. Teleporting was easier than flying, but this was a lot funner. He'd feel himself getting tired, right? Levi wasn't stupid, he'd know when to ground himself.</div>
