"Really?" She said interested now. "No, your not annoying me... no wait... You are, well, no, it's just, it seems as if you are trying to impress me because I am a girl, and you seem like the normal jock that would act like that." She said truthfully.

As he went up and played a song she looked up and watched him. "I don't mind you, it's just can't you act how you would around a sister or, a friend, instead of trying to impress me." She said, looking down now, thinking.

"If I was trying to impress you.... I would be doing this!" he said as he stretched his wings as far as they could go, while flexing his muscles, WHILE smiling his smile. This time (without even knowing it) his smile actually showed his fangs.

"See the difference?" he said as he sat back down and continued playing his guitar. He looked up at her and waited for her response, although now he was worried he has ticked her off.

At that Beatrice laughed, a loud cheerful laugh. "I see the difference, though I wouldn't find it impressive, I would call it being an idiot.." She said with another laugh.

"So... How did you get changed... into a vampire." She asked smiling as she stood there watching him come down.

He didn't move. He didn't say anything. He just sat there. The guitars music stopped abruptly.

"Wait, What did you just say??" he said, quite woried that what she had said was actually what she had said. He sat very still as he awaited her answer.

Beatrice laughed again. "I think you heard me. If you tell me I'll tell you a secret I keep." She said to the boy, tryingto bribe him as Mordechai had tried to do to her.

"It's not a hard question." She said simply.

"My sister...She changed me...He rboyfriend had been one and infected her and she in turn..affected me...I dont quite remember how..but she did..." he said sadly.."You see why I dont like her??"

"So whats your big secret??" he asked, releived he had finally told someone...He picked up his guitar again and began strumming it slowly while he waited for her answer

"You should not blame her, she is your sister after all, you should be lucky you have one." She said to John. She thought agian for a moment then smiled.

"Your not the only vampire around here, John." She said calmly in a nice calm tone, and she opened her mouth to show her two fangs.

"I knew something was different about you!!" he said in his deep voice. He continued to play his guitar, but his song was very happy and quicker paced now. He was glad he would have someone to talk to now. He smiled and again showed his perfect white fangs.

"SO, do you actually hunt or do you just eat a LOT of red meat?' he asked her curiously. He continued to play as he waited for her response..

"Nasty, red meat, gush, no way, I hunt, thats the good stuff, if I eat meat it will taste like ash." She said and she stuck out her tongue, some reason she started to like this boy, he didn't seem like he was impressing her.

"What about you, what do you eat?" She asked.

"My sister was so disgusted by the idea of hunting that she decided she was only going to eat red meat. I wasnt so taken in by that idea, so now I hunt wolves or bears.." he replied. He too began to like her, and HE didnt understand why. HE smiled again and continued to play his guitar.
