Playing the Violin

In the middle of a woods, that was in the wilderness, there was a large hill and a top the hill was a 16 year old looking who was actually 116 years old. She was a young vampire, made from Lord Mordechai, who was her master, and she followed him as a daughter, and he was like a father to her, and he also helped her through dark times, teaching her everything she needed to in life.

As she stood there, on top of the tall hill that was above the trees, and that was also covered in snow, she played a violin. Her bow going up and down the strings. It was a sad tune, but gentle. It could be heard softly through out the woods, and it would seem to attract man peoples attention, if there was anyone in the forest. She wore a dress (The one in the picture of her). And her hair was in a very long braid, so it wouldn't fly around everywhere.

Her eyes were closed, and her face was calm, feeling the wind on her face as she gently played.

Up and up the 17 year old flew. He was actually 157...but he looked 17... He was trying to get away from his sister Isabella. Johnathon flew higher and higher until he reached the top of the hill. He landed and sat down.

As he inspected his sorroundings he noticed the girl standing on the hill. Shedid not look much younger than himself. There was something different about her, but he couldnt quite tel what.

"Hello, Im amazed that someone is up here in this type of weather." he said. "I am Jonathon Rose, But you may call me John." He extended his hadnd for her to shake as he pulled his wings very close to his body.

She continued to play, ignoring the boy. It was a few minutes before she stopped playing the song. But when she was done she turned to the boy, her eyes wide with anger. "Don't you have any respect to wait till the song is finished?!" She asked him in a angry tone, then she glanced down at his hand. She sighed, and turned around and walked to the violin case that was near her and she put her violin away, and she turned back to the boy.

"I'm Beatrice." She said and took his hand, but she then quickly withdrew it, and rubbed her arms, slightly cold.

"Oh..I apologize for my very bad manners. If you would be soo kind as to forgive me, it would be greatly appreciated." he said in his silky voice. He had barely heard the music coming from the girls voilin. It had been so beautiful and quiet. He stood up and walked over to her.

"I truly am sorry if I disturbed you, and if it would make you feel better,I will leave..." he offered sincerely. He smiled his big white smile. He still could tell something was different about Beatrice..but he couldnt tell what it was. The thought began to bug Johnathon

"Yes, yes, whatever, your forgiven." She said, slightly annoyed at how he spoke. "And no, you don't have to leave, I already put my violin away, so there would be no point." She said. "Way are you out here in the first place?" She asked.

"Also, please stop smiling like that, it annoys me." She said, standing as tall as she could, though it didn't help, she was always slightly short, but she didn't ever care.

"Alright I will stop." he said in a completely monotone voice. He stood still and emotionless for an instant then burst out laughing. He immedeately stoped laughing.

"Sorry again. I am up here to escape the clutches of my beyond annoying sister, Isabella!" he said, still holding back laughter. He was sure that this girl was going to end up hating him, but he could try couldnt he??

She looked at him as he laughed. A bit of confusion appeared in her eyes, but when he explained why he was laughing it left. Did I just see fangs when he laughed? she asked herself, then she grinned but looked away, so the boy wouldn't see her grin about something.

Soon the grin left her face and she looked up. "Your sister must be really annoying then if you try to runaway from her." Beatrice said.

"Im sure she is...but Im very good it cooling her down when she gets angry." he flashed another one of his smiles that this time was to get the same reaction his other smile got from Beatrice.

"You are very good at the violin, you know that right?" he asked in his deep voice. He did everything in his power to make himself look as tal and as strong as he could. He sat up and awaited her answer which he was quite sure would be very short.

At that she smiled, but it didn't last long when she saw the boy's smile, it annoyed her, and the way he looked like he was trying to impress her. "I know I am well with the violin, but my master or lord, whichever, is much more better then I." She said, glancing at her violin.

"Do you play an insturment?' She asked.

"I play the guitar." he said. He notices her look of annoyance."Am I bothering you?" he asked sincerely."If I am you should just tell me and I will leave..."

He turned around and pucked up his guitar case which he ha put on his back when he began flying up here. He began to play a song.
