Dean was prepared for anything. Well, almost anything that is. He knew instantly that Fia's specialty was swords. The way she handled them and took care of them was, for him, a dead give away. Of course, she could also have some special power, like his with teleportation, but just hadn't shown it yet; unlike Dean. He knew that showing his power so soon in the game was slightly bad on his part, but he didn't care. He could still beat her. Fia had slashed at him with her swords, sending a major wave f air in his direction. He'd jumped up almost in the knick of time, but unfortunately jumped a little too late. The wave struck him only slightly but enough to send him flying backwards a few feet. Fortunately, he landed gracefully on his feet. He wasn't that clumsy.

When Fia came at him, slashing with one of her swords, then another, it was at that exact moment that he'd decided to have a little fun. Though he could almost easily tell that Fia wouldn't enjoy it. A small smirk grew on Dean's face when he was finished; the look on her face was priceless. If only he'd had a camera.

The smirk of his disappeared faster than it appeared. She was calling him stupid? Boy, did she take things a little too seriously. "Hey, I was just having a little fun, jeez." He rolled his eye at her. Fine, He told himself, if she wants a fight with no play, fine. She'll get a fight.. Though of course, Dena will always had a little play in his fights, it always got his opponent more distracted or stressed out. Which he'd always take advantage of, usually.

Dean changed his stance, getting his daggers at the ready. Then, he dashed towards her, teleporting of course, from different directions, but getting closer non the less. He'd move zig-zag, up down and all around. Fia wasn't stupid, he knew that, so he couldn't just teleport closer to her in a zig-zag motion, she'd catch on easily. When he was directly in front of her he teleported directly behind her and as quick as he disappeared, he sliced both of Fia's arms. He didn't cut too deep, but deep enough to hurt, hopefully. He reappaered away from Fia, several feet away, but he hadn't finished without taking one little parting gift. Her hat.

Fia smirked, "Why didn't you just teleport?" She said her eyes glistening almost mocking him, she enjoyed to make men see how stupid things they did were. She moved quickly running towards where he landed ready to attack him over and over again if she needed to. She didn't know what she should do to him in order to be proclaimed winner of the match. But she wasn't in the least bit worried.

She didn't know why he was smirking, she watched him her eyes not leaving him with his smirk. She found him a bit loony in the brain, she wasn't about to comment on that though. She was in the middle of a fight not a laugh fest.

She looked at him rolling her eyes, he was like a child. She wondered what ever made the boy do such kiddish things. She had never really had a childhood, she grew up on the streets until she was taken in by 'captain' Or Captain Rutherford D. Ace, she loved him like a father to her. He was her inspiration and her friend till death, she never would forget him never. She knew what Ace would say about the boy, "Cockyness will only make you goof up when it comes down to the end." She smirked, she knew Ace said only half his things actually meaning it. He was only trying to instill some morals in the girl.

She heard him moving, he was serious now. She hated the fact that she wasn't gifted in teleportation or super speed. All she had seemed small in most people's eyes, but Ace would've told her something like. "They think you can't defeat them, what the surprise will be is when you defeat them without them being able to strike first." She knew Ace's greatest swordsman moves, also his greatest lies too. Though she didn't lie in order to win regardless of her respect for the pirate that took her in. She sensed that he'd be trying to make a hit from behind, she did the keenwheel spin again trying to pick up speed in time too protect herself and attack him.

She got cut not too deep but enough to make the girl wince, she barely showed her pain. It hurt and bled but she didn't care, but then her hair fell loose from her bandanna. Her eyes went wide, her keenwheel motion stopped. Her long white hair dangled down falling onto her shoulders, a look of shock on her face. She had never had anyone take the one thing that made her feel free and happy. She stood still in shock, it was as bad as the time the horse had eaten it on her.

She wanted to hurt the boy now, but she felt so stunned.

Dean didn't understand her comment. Why didn't he just teleport? He did just teleport."I did teleport." He said, repeating what he'd said in his mind out loud. Besides, it's not like he lives on teleporting everywhere, people would begin to automatically expect him to teleport, which could be to his advantage at some point, but he'd always preferred to rearrange his tactics while fighting. And he definitely had to rearrange his tactics while fighting Fia.

Dean watched her closely, and he could tell she was watching him just as close. There may have been a smirk on his face, but there was determination in his eyes. She rolled her eyes at him, telling she wasn't fond of his little games. Well, she wasn't just about to stop on her account. It annoyed her, which was, in a way, part of his plan, but he also wanted to fight right. you know, no fun or games, just fighting.

He noticed her smirk, she was either thinking of/remembering something or planning something. Of course, he couldn't dawdle on what she was smirking about, because then he'd get to caught up in that and loose his concentration and end up loosing the fight, which was something he never, or rarely, did.

His hit had worked, cutting her arm, but she did that funky move of hers once again and just as he left with her bandanna, he got cut as well, though only slightly across his abdomen. It hurt, but not very, and he didn't show that it hurt, only a slight wince. He looked up at her and almost froze, she did as well. When he took her bandanna, her long white hair tumbled down along her shoulders. When Dean had first saw Fia, he thought of her as some tough tomboy girl who wanted to be treated like a man, and he even believed that she'd shaved her head or something to look more like a man, but no, she didn't. For the first time, he actually saw Fia as a girl, and she was not an ugly one at that. But still, he repositioned himself; she wanted to be treated like a man, and now that she looked more like a girl than before, he wasn't about to change his fighting style.

He could tell that she wasn't expecting him to take it in the slightest bit, but since he did, he could tell she was stunned, like he was for a few seconds when her hair was revealed. He refocused on their fight, and stood prepared.

"I did teleport." Fia thought he didn't, she didn't understand but made no comment. She just continued her fight with him only watching more closely so she didn't miss anything of relivance. She wondered why she always had to pick fights, sometimes she loved to and others she adored to. She missed being a pirate that was for sure, she missed the constant thrill of fighting a fight to the death.

If he had watched close enough he'd have realized she was experienced in many fights the smirk on his face made no effect on her sporty piratey spirit. She was used to daily fights to the death, there was so many different kinds of people she fought. His annoying ways weren't nearly the most annoying person she encountered in a fight, there were at least a good hundred people she had fought that were more annoying or reached his annoyingness. She sighed almost feeling like a mother having to deal with a child's imature ways.

She cared nothing about his "fierceness" Or his "fighting" she knew that he probably had never killed a man, and the facts were she had more then once. She changed stance her two katanas now in a new stance, she was still not going to cut him. She was planning on only bruises she never cut someone unless they needed to be cut, she learned this after fighting a young fella who bled a lot. She decided eversince she wouldn't do more than bruise someone since it made no sense to get serious in a fight if it required the other person near death. That was the one flaw about working with swords you could easily get a deadly shot if wanted.

She payed no mind to the pain, she had a few unseen scars from worse wounds, but safely hidden underneath her baggy shirt and tanktop. She never shown any of her stomach since it was at not very, and he didn't show that it hurt, only a slight wince. He looked up at her and almost froze, she did as well. When against her beliefs and she felt it was just sickening what some girls would do to call attention to their bodies.

She was still a girl though just because she dressed modestly and tried to hide her being a girl she still had long beautiful hair and a good figure. She just prefered not to be seen as a girl because men fought differently when fighting one who they saw as a girl. She saw he was stunned when her hair was free she broke her shock and lunged at him full speed. Her eyes were revealed and she hated that more then her white hair showing. Her eyes were soft, and that was something that never changed. They always looked so sweet and she hated it worse than being known as a girl and seen as one.

She needed the dark shadow over her eyes to make them look evil and demonic. She was going to look like she was trying to 'take him down' and then get her bandanna back. She needed it in order to be taken seriously, she lunged at him with the second sword then did a quick duck/dodge/slicing motion. If anyone noticed her blades were still on the dull side and not the sharp side so if she hit he'd only get a nice black and blue.

Dean sighed lightly. Was he getting bored? Partially, which was odd for he never got bored during a fight. Maybe he didn't really feel like fighting, and he just challenged Fia because he felt like that's what she was implying. Either way, he couldn't back down now. She'd think he'd given up and that he wouldn't want to fight her anymore because of the incident with her bandanna.

Dean had to concentrate, he couldn't loose a fight, especially this one, and in the end, he wasn't planning on loosing, not if he could help it. He may not even look like it, but Dean would in fact, play dirty some times, and it'd always get him in trouble. He never knew why he'd play dirty, but he just...would. It would sort of happen unconsciously to him. He didn't really want to play dirty with Fia, though he would if he wanted to or had to. It all just depended.

He watched her carefully, especially as she changed her stance. It meant she was most likely going for some different kind of approach or something. For the time he had before she would attack, which was most likely only a mere minute or less, he tried contemplating her approaches, but it was almost impossible. Dean had always needed a little bit of time before fighting someone, you know, to profile them. He had his own little technique. He'd been able to study Fia for brief amounts of time, and he believed he almost got her down.

What he currently knew was the obvious, she was a girl, wanting to be treated like a man. He got the idea quite clearly, though he still couldn't understand why. Maybe she believed that girl's were never treated the same as guys? Part of that was true, though Dean wasn't like that, but he had no idea from where she was from, so he couldn't say for sure.

He twirled around his daggers the palms of his hands, so that they wouldn't get all sweaty and stuff. He'd tightened his grip unknowingly, and his palms were sweaty as well, and he never enjoyed that when it happened. He took a deep breath and changed his stance as well.

Part of him was still wondering about Fia and what was with her. Luckily though, he had snapped back to reality and present time just when she had begun to lunge towards him with, might he say, quite a lot of speed. She did a quick duck/dodge/strike kind of move, hitting him in the side. It didn't cut which was strange, but guessed she didn't really want to hurt him, so she was using the duller side of the sword. Before she could get away, Dean did a similar mood, only aiming for her ribs with the handle of his dagger, before ducking to the side and rolling a few feet away.
