There Dean laid, his arms behind his back, eyes closed, replying what had just happened in his mind. Then it struck him; something Fia had said. I don't want to fight you if you don't treat me like a man She wanted a fight. Why else would she bring brand new swords and slice apart rocks? She was practicing, or training. A smirk grew on Dean's face as he lifted himself up and walked over to Fia...again. "You want me to fight you like I would a man? Okay, let's do it."

She looked at him looking him over she wondered what his powers were. She didn't tell or ask, she simply nodded. "You get first attack." She said hating to make first attack since it was usually a dull boring move which only ended up with each attack being stupid. If he said anything like 'ladies first' this would make her annoyed and angry seeing he said he'd treat her like a guy and not make special cases out of it. She wondered how strong he was, she cared nothing for a weakling she enjoyed a challenge. Her swords had powers of their own, one had the ability to make her wind cutting ability double because of the shockwave ability it posessed.

Her other sword's power was unknown, she didn't really care though. She just liked the fact that it was strong and wonderful for use. She wasn't one to rely on abilities though, she liked pure physical power to do the main work and powers only helped in a tough situation.

He got the first attack. He never did like getting the first attack, it was always so awkward and..well...stupid. Sometimes he never understood why they didn't go at it at the same time. But, he didn't want to argue or anyhting with Fia, he could tell she wanted him to fight her as though she was a man, whihc wasn't hard, especially by the way he dressed. Te onyl thing he couldn't understand was: Why?

He shrugged away the thought and just went along. He didn't want to do anything big to her, he alwasy started off slow and worked his way up, getting tougher and tougher. He took a deep breath and got ready. He jumped up into the air, and at the right moment, vanished. A split second later, he reappeared behind Fia, his kick landing quare in her back.

She saw him pause then disappear, she didn't think he'd show his power so early off, she didn't know where he'd appear. He moved fast in what she guessed was teleportation, she took the kick it hurt but she stood strong against it though it had moved her about a foot forward. She quickly slashed her right sword at him right after the kick ended, she didn't know how serious he could get but she'd try to force him to be as serious as possible. It was hard when you weren't really powered in what one might call "normal" powers like super speed or wind or teleportation. She only had sword styles and was still working on a swordless one.

She needed to be strong, she needed to be the world's strongest swordsman. And nothing would stop her from gaining that title, she wanted to show that she could've beat her captain in a duel and that they could've been family. She wanted to prove herself worthy of owning his sayas, she knew people often would use the accuse of a woman's beauty taking their mind off the fight or some petty accuse saying woman weren't strong enough. That's why she wore the man's attire, she needed to be the best and most of the best wouldn't fight her if they knew she was a girl.

She quickly took a different stance this being a wind cutting sword slash, she was using her other sword that didn't have shockwave abilities so that she didn't kill the guy seeing she didn't want to kill someone unless she had a reason to.

A small smirk grew on Dean's face. His suprise kick was successful. It'd been a while since the last time Dean was in a fight; about one year and a half. It made him happy to know that he wasn't out of shape. He was still able to kick it in high gear...hopefully. He didn't want to slip up by making the wrong move.

Dean's kick had worked effectivelly, throwing her off balance about a foot or two, but she was quick. Right after his move ended, hers began right after, striking at him. She may have been quick, but he was quicker. He dodged her move and went in to connect his fist with her jaw.

He was not a soft fighter, he was tough and knew it. He'd been training in martial arts since he was six years old when his parents put him in karate. Fia wanted him to fight her and best he could; no holding back. He wasn't going to.

She smirked he'd forgotten her second sword, she was fit and strong martail arts she knew some of, her main gag of course was fighting with swords. But she could fight pretty well without them as well. Her swords were long and hard to dodge seeing as both katana swords were about 46 inches. She knew how to handle them well, she used her dull side against him so that she wouldn't kill him with the extremely sharp and beautiful blade.

She ducked just as her threw his punch, she wasn't going to let him beat her up. Her two blades worked together lunging at his legs the dull side of the blade. This would create her wind slash but without the sharp flesh cutting way. It was more like a shockwave to throw him back so she'd have more room to work with her blades without cutting him fatally. She had handled swords and been trained by some of the most skilled swordsmen on the sea. This of course was before she changed her attire, pirates weren't picky on who they fought so long as it was fun. Fia enjoyed a good life and death fight but she never killed unless they needed killing.

She went from her shockwave stance into a spinning slash stance which she prefered to call a keenwheel. This consisted of her spinning three times with her two blades out so to protect her self from being attacked the two swords created a 360 degree angle of defense and offense if the person was close enough. The down side was she couldn't do more than three spins at a time or dizziness would sit in and she'd be unable to fight properly. She ended her keenwheel slash and placing her opponent's position she jumped into the air when close enough and slashed her swords in a downward position. She was still being careful to use the dull side of the blad to prevent any fatal wounds or damage.

Dean hadn't fought someone with katana swords in quite a while, so he wasaa little rusty with this fight. He knew that he wouldn't be able to beat her with just his fists and power, he had to use his knives as well. When he threw the punch at Fia, she'd dodged it quite nicely and slashed her swords at his legs. He didn't really expect that and in doing so, fell backwards.

The moment he hit the ground he turned his fall into a back roll, pulling out his knives at the same time. For knives, they were exceptionally long, about 15 to 20 inches. Almost like miniature swords. Every night he'd sharpen them and practice both throwing and fighting with them. He'd improved since the last time he'd fought with them, and now he could use them again. He didn't want to kill or seriously injure Fia, he wasn't really about that. He'd only killed a mere 6 people in his lifetime, and one was by accident.

Dean stood in his prepared fighting stance and carefully watched as Fia began spinning. He'd seen that move before somewhere, it was to protect the person and slash anyone who was close by, luckily, he wasn't. After her third and final spin, she jumped up into the air and aimed her swords down at him. Dean waited until the right moment when the swords were close enough to block them with his own knives and throwing her back when they did.

She smirked, thinking that possibly this fight might actually turn interesting. She saw him land and pull out knives, she chuckled enjoying how stupid this whole scene would look to a professional swordsman on the sea. She wanted to laugh at him for only having knives and for feeling as though he possibly might have the trumph card. She knew he wasn't a professional because of the way he took a long time to draw them. She knew knives, being a pirate just about any pirate knew knives. Except for a sharpshooting pirate who in that case would know more about cannons and guns.

She wasn't a mere newbie at swords, this was something he shouldn't mess with unless he knows his business. She kept her pattern, she wasn't going to get thrown back seeing she had the pattern and other specifics known in her head of how not to get thrown back. She knew how to cut through rock, she didn't want to kill him. If he wanted to win he'd have to do what he was better than her at.

Dean watched Fia carefully. After all, he had no idea what she could be capable of. There he was, standing at the ready; and she wasn't doing anything. She was standing there as well. Waiting. He noticed her smirk, and instead of smirking as well, he cocked his left eyebrow, making him look both curious and interested. He always enjoyed a decent fight, and his current one might actually be one of those fights.

A few moments passed and neither of them did anything. Dean was getting bored, He almost had the urge to just leave, but of course, he didn't. He never walked out during a fight. After all; he never lost. Dean decided to jolt the girl up a bit, if that was possible. Giving his plan a good thought, he quickly put it into action.

With the blink of an eye, he had, yet again, vanished, but reappeared less than a second later directly behind Fia. "I'm-" He disappeared and then reappeared in a different spot saying, "Over-" Again, with a blink of an eye, he was gone and reappeared on on top of a rock saying, "Here!" Then he teleported himself right where he had started from.

She quickly moved her blades in a counter clockwise position then divoting them quickly turning them outward like a blooming flower she then slashed at him. Sending a large shockwave of air at him enough to make him going flying if he didn't move about ten feet to the side. She knew that the only visable part of the wave was the middle oddly enough, but she had been practicing her slicing skills. She was a "human" in physical traits, though she was extremely strong but not vampirely strong. But that was only because she worked out and had been a pirate on high seas causing a lot of work. She didn't look extremely muscled up though, all her muscles seemed to be invisable on the surface enough though she was able to lift up to 300 pounds. Of course if she had a hard time with it she never let it show.

She hadn't been still too long, she usually liked to see how much the person was in the fight. And this guy seemed a bit out of it, she changed stance again. Her swords in hand she was about ten feet away from him now. She wondered what her next attack should be, she decided to try and do some closer combat. She ran quickly seemingly to him then turning suddenly to go past she slashed quickly at him useing one sword then another.

"I'm-"
She made a cussing sound, she hadn't forgotten the power, but she wasn't the best with keeping up and doing nonfatal attacks with it. She never gave up a fight though.

"Over-"

Show off... Seriously you think he'd not show off his little abilities when he's in a fight... Okay fine he's using them. But still... She reasoned to herself in her mind.

"Here!"

She looked at him the most hillariously stunned look on her face.
You are a idiot! You didn't even attack and you went to the same place you started from!" She scolded herself in her mind, What a stupid thing to say, losing your concentration over his stupidity, he probably didn't realize it...
